   I went in very last minute to buy a full suit for an upcoming wedding. Lauren saw to me promptly and got me sized up & fitted into a lovely navy tailored suit, shirt, tie and hankie. Very happy with the quality, service, and price - granted more than I was willing to pay, but much cheaper than other shops in the area. Will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!

   Tom was outstanding today. I came in looking for a tuxedo, and he guided me through several excellent options. I followed his recommendations and ended up with the perfect tux for my friend’s wedding. The shop also offered a great selection of other clothing, and I picked up some additional pieces that will help me look sharp for work. Tom took the time to listen, provided thoughtful guidance, and gave me his full attention throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

   The in-store service was good — staff were efficient, and my suit was ordered quickly. However, I was disappointed when collecting the suit to find it being folded into a paper bag. I asked if it could be placed in a proper suit bag, only to be told I’d need to purchase one separately for £8. After spending nearly £300, I would expect a suit carrier to be included as standard — it’s a basic part of presentation and protection. Every other suit shop I’ve used has provided one as part of the service, so this felt quite disappointing.

   My brother, father, and I collectively spent over £1,700 on tuxedos from this store. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The very first time I wore my jacket, a button fell off. I informed the store, and they offered to make the repair. I dropped off the jacket with a white silk pocket square in the pocket; however, when I collected it, the pocket square was missing. I contacted the manager, who sided with the tailor and was unwilling to resolve the issue. Additionally, my father requested sleeve alterations to his jacket. He was told the work had been done, but upon collection, it was clear that no alterations had been made. Overall, the service has fallen well below expectations, particularly given the price point. Over all very disappointing and poor customer service

   Beyond appalling service IF you can even call it that. Booked an appointment to discuss suit hire and we were practically ignored. Considering we have 7 suits to hire and will be purchasing the grooms suit as well, a lot of money will be spent but most definitely not with this branch/company. If you are looking for a suit in Horsham then I would go to Wakefields and avoid Moss Bros at all costs.

   Great customer service - although it was a busy store at the time,I didn't have to wait too long and the assistant was able to multitask,looking after a number of customers at once without anyone feeling like they weren't getting attentive service. Lost a star however as didn't have any long trousers in store and was also very limited on sizes available for most of the suits. Bought a suit and would definitely go there again. Just hope they have more sizes in stock for all their range next time. Suits you sir!

   Overall very good. I rented 5 wedding suits from Moss Bros Horsham for my wedding. Measuring could have been better organised and in a more private area. Suits arrived a week earlier than expected which was really nice as it gave time to try on before wedding. All good and no issues. Overall, very good service and quality of suit.
