   Went in to the new store for the first time and wow, what a difference it has made! The space is amazing,ing, the lighting is great and having the self serve helps the ques alot! I went in for xmas gift and was approached by Francesca and within 15 minutes I had been given not just A1 service but I had paid and was leaving! She was amazing with advice, she was honest and helped me decide which trainers would be best for my children. Honestly she has to be hands down one of the best staff members I have encountered in and JD store. I shall go back and I shall look out for her to help me as her polite and honest approach was just amazing! I would hope someone like this is recognised for the effort she puts in with customers. Its a rare quality now days. Thank you Francesca and I look forward to visiting this greatly improved shop!

   Their staff has no coordination among themselves. They listen only when they feel like it. If I say they have no manners, I won’t be wrong. They’re acting moody, as if they don’t want to work or don’t like working. They really need accept in their minds that they delivering services they have to be nice. Especially the guys in men’s shoes side.

   I purchased a pair of shoes today, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing customer service experience. The staff member who assisted me seemed disinterested and slow, almost as if he was forcing himself to help me with my size. As JD is a well-known brand, I expected a higher standard of customer service. I’ve noticed other customers being treated with good manners and enthusiasm, but in my case, the experience felt quite the opposite. I value JD as a brand, but this experience left me dissatisfied.

   Been in twice in the last week, both times I was quickly assisted by Danielle who was extremely helpful. She remembered me from my previous visit and my kids twins shoe sizes. Generally seemed happy to help and very smiley and approachable.

   Slow staff on the till all the time, rude and unhelpful staff and the rudest manager I've ever come across. He ignored customers and spoke down to all members of staff including throwing sum kind of card for refuds when asked for it. Will only browse in store then order online if I can' find the item elsewhere.

   Great shop, great products shame about staff. Went in on a Sunday afternoon to change a present I had been bought. Asked if they could check if they had my size, was told I had to find it and check on Rail. Explained I didn't purchase it so didn't know where to look. She replied ask one of my colleagues only to get same response from her. Very disappointing present will just be wasted.
