   Good range of women's, children's and menswear. Really good homeware section with lots of well priced seasonal bits and bobs to decorate your house. Only 1 staff operated till which usually has a bit of a queue as it also doing returns. If you use the self service ones to pay for clothes you have to remove the security tags yourself using the machine at the till. This isn't made clear enough and is easy to forget.

   Been shopping here for many years and it's consistently very good. Great value and good quality for what you're paying. The home section however seems to be getting bigger and bigger at the expense of the men's section. Whilst the range for men is still good, there definitely appears to be less of it than in the past, whilst the ladies and kids section is still pretty large. Service is always good here as well, anyone I've interacted with have been polite and helpful.

   Decent basic clothes for a good price. But the self payment system is stupid. They have staff that stand two feet away staring at you while you have to scan all your own stuff, remove all your own security tags and provide your own bag or pay for one. If they just had a normal clothes shop check out service with a human this would be a great shop, but the self service is absolute rubbish

   Great selection of clothes. Love the names for the jeans with the descriptions of style above them. Great idea. Staff are super helpful. Don't like the self checkouts. Felt pressured to use them despite given help.

   Some nice items in there but very poor service when checking out. They try and get you to use the self service if you are paying by card to the point where you even have to take the security tags off yourself. I know a lot of shops are heading down this route but it is disgusting! It was the worst shopping experience me, my mum and my nan have had in a long time. I highly doubt we will go back there ever. Or if we did I would be sure to take cash to spend so I can get served by a person instead of a machine.
