   I went to Moss Bros in Hove today as I needed help with a suit. When entering I was greeted by Bryn. After a few questions and a measure he made a few suggestions which may be suitable. The first two piece suit and shirt fitted perfectly. What a trouble free, excellent service. Bryn was a friendly and professional tailor. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Will be returning.

   Excellent service at Moss Bros Hove. I recently purchased a suit, shirts, belt, tie, and pocket square online from Moss Bros for my son’s prom. I wasn’t quite sure about the fit of the jacket, so I called the Hove store and spoke with Bailey, who arranged a fitting appointment for the following day. I took my rather reluctant husband and son (shopping isn’t their favourite activity!), but from the moment we arrived, Bailey made the whole experience easy and relaxed. He checked the fit, helped us exchange the charcoal suit for a black one, and ordered the next size up in the jacket without any fuss. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere in-store was calm and welcoming. Honestly, if we’d gone straight to Moss Bros instead of trying the high street and various online stores first, we probably would’ve had it all sorted in just 30 minutes! Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back.

   Went to moss in Hove to hire 2 suits for my wedding being nervous because this is first time iv hired a suit I found my experience extremely easy and a pleasant experience from being measured up to collecting and to dropping back off all communication was spot on and I would like to thank Bailey that helped me from start to finish.    We recently visited Moss Bros Hove and wasn’t disappointed in any way due to the most excellent professional service given to me by Ash . On every aspect from start to finish buying my tailor made wedding suit I was treated in a friendly helpful way . Ash made me feel important and was sympathetic with my requirements. His guidance and judgment was spot on . On the day my suit was ready for trying on it fitted me perfectly and my partner was very impressed with the look and fit of it . I can’t fault Ash he works hard and makes you feel important and knows your wedding day is just as equally important and gets every little detail just right . We will definitely be visiting again soon even though we come all the way from Devon. Again thanks Ash for the outstanding lovely service :)

   Went to pick up my wedding trousers I bought weeks before that I paid to get tailored. Arrived 8 days before my wedding to pick them up, They hadn't even been sent to the tailor. Was then told he is now on holiday. Obviously now In a stress to sort something out.

   Had a great experience when buying a suit at short notice. Ash gave great service, provided recommendations and was clearly very knowledgable. I wanted the trousers altered on short notice which they were unable to do but they connected me with a local tailor who had them done by the end of the day. All in all, a positive experience, a nice suit and I would highly recommend asking for Ash at Moss Bros.
