   All sales again,the layout is didn't really like and was kinda just all wrong. It looked old and unkempt and the floors were dirty. I know it was like 1600 but a couple cleaners to hoover the floor wouldn't go astray. I did like the cool semicircle entrance thing though

   It was as expected, large store with a good choice of items and variety of goods to cater to all tastes at reasonable prices. Quality of the items I looked at were good but have mostly found that over the years I have shopped there. Staff were polite and professional. Store was well set out into each area so easy to access where you wanted to shop. All good.

   Went to return Father's day present from daughter. A very helpful assistant explained the procedure and it was dealt with by another assistant extremely efficiently and pleasantly. I then proceeded to purchase 4 shirts for myself and a top for my wife for a total cost of £67:50 which I was very happy with. All the staff on duty were very friendly and happy, good experience, top marks to you all.

   Love the store, but it has a lack of larger sizes in the ladies clothing range. Do find some of the t-shirt the fabric goes out of shape after only a couple or wears so a little disappointing

   Display banners were good and I spotted the area I wanted easily. Only issue was with the checkout. Only one which was doing returns, exchanges, collections and cash sales. All other stations were card only self service. I had problems with this and had to wait for assistance. I was not on my own in needing help, saw several others who needed help while I was queuing. Ideally I had cash, but decided on a card sale as I would have been waiting for 3 more people who needed the till dealing with cash. Not an ideal situation
