Amazing customer service at Eastbourne Clarks! I just wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely young lady with blonde hair at the Eastbourne Clarks branch. Her customer service was outstanding! She measured my sonβs feet with care and brought out three different pairs for him to try on. She was so friendly, polite, and patient throughout the whole process. My son is thrilled with his new school shoes. Such a positive experience β weβll definitely be back!
Went to get my grandsons feet messured for his first pair of shoes. shop was completely empty, the young girl messured his feet told us the size and walked away no care or customer service! It was like she didn't really want to serve us at all! Very bad service as there is not many kids shoe shops in Eastbourne anymore we left feeling very disappointed.
My favourite shoe shop albeit a little expensive now but for quality and style,why not also they will last years.just some of my clarks below.
Visited this weekend, store didn't have stock of my size in the shoe I wanted, but James procured some alternatives to try and was very helpful with shoe care advice as well as reassuring me that my previous poor experience at a different Clarks store would be taken care of if any issue arose with my purchase at this branch. Great service, would recommend and return again. The gent we dealt with is an asset to your business!
