   Last minute panic to buy some boots ... tried all regular 'outdoor' retailers in Eastbourne and shoe shops..... nothing suitable...actually no one even tried to help me, all too busy tidying up for closing! Last shop I walked into suggested I try Trespass for hiking boots. I dashed over to Trespass with 15 minutes till closing time. Staff were very friendly and polite. I pointed out the style of boot I liked, said it was a panic buy (foolishly left my leather boots outside to dry overnight... fox ran off with one boot!). This member of staff (called J-m--) was so helpful... gave me selection of boots to try on and even pointed out some that were in the sale. Everyone loves a bargain especially if the item fits! It was nearing closing time & this member of staff was very calm, he didn't rush me, he was polite, friendly and very professional. He could so easily have said sorry we don't appear to have that boot in your size on the floor, instead he ran behind the scene to the stock, not once but three times!. . Nothing was too much trouble, he was open & honest and even pointed out a pair of boots in the sale which I hadn't seen. You cannot beat excellent customer service. Plus the boots were on sale so I bought two. I entered the shop stressed and in a panic needed the boots for next day... left the shop feeling relaxed, happy & thrilled with my bargain boots... so happy I bought two pairs! At closing time we all know not EVERY retailer will do this, in my experience most members of staff are focussed on the clock. I have been back since and thanked this chap for his help and apologised for delaying him that night. I hoped he didn't have to catch a bus.... unfortunately he did and he just made it!... Well you would never have guessed from the calm and polite manner in which he served me. A credit to the store I hope his manager appreciates his dedication to the job. ..........This chap is the definition of Excellent Customer Service....... I have been back twice since and found some excellent bargains, more importantly the service was just as good as on my first visit. Very impressive, keep up the good work!

   Lovely small retail shop in the Eastbourne town centre. The shop assistant was very pleasant and keen to help. They seem to have a wide variety of sporting gears, reasonably priced. Also great discounts!

   A very experienced member of staff that was very helpful with the choice of boots I was looking to purchase. Lots of offers that seem to never end in store. If your into your outdoor living then this is your place to go. Location is right in the centre of Eastbourne, with ample parking at the Beacon shopping centre.
