   I honestly don’t know where best to start. I’ve been at this practice since I was a child, and it has been difficult to see how much things have changed over the years. I do want to specifically praise Georgie on reception, who was truly wonderful. She was kind, patient, and compassionate, and she took the time to really listen to me when I was feeling very overwhelmed. Georgie treated me with empathy and respect and made me feel heard at a time when I was struggling. She is a real credit to the practice, and I hope her care and kindness are recognised. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist I saw was disappointing. This was the second time I have seen him, and I felt the focus was more on private options and upselling, rather than properly discussing my NHS treatment options, despite me being clear about my circumstances. I left feeling unheard and without a clear NHS plan in place.

   I’ve had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Hanieh Azarpeikan (Dr Med Dent., University of Szeged, GDC 320268), and it’s clear she is an outstanding dentist in every sense. She carries herself with quiet confidence, deep knowledge and a gentle approach that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Hanieh takes time to explain every detail, checks in regularly to make sure you’re comfortable and always treats you with genuine respect. You never feel rushed, and you always know you’re in safe, skilled hands. Dental Nurse Lara Silva deserves just as much recognition. She is calm, reassuring and incredibly professional. Lara manages every part of the appointment smoothly, keeps the environment relaxed and supports Dr. Hanieh with real dedication. Her kind manner makes a big difference, especially during longer or more complex treatments.

   You turn up on time for your appointment and they see someone who's 10 mins late for theirs!! So we have now had to sit and wait for almost an hour!! Unhelpful members of staff!! Avoid!!

   Very bad service. You'll be waiting for up to 30min and it's ok, but if you are 10 min late dentist can't see you because they have a policy .

   I had an appointment yesterday with adam for preperation on a tooth for a crown, he was so kind & understanding when he new i was very anxious, i had seen him few weeks ago after i lost a piece of this particular tooth, i will say hes excellent kind & caring. On the previous appt his nurse Abbey was very reassuring as him. On arrival yesterday Abbey was at reception, seemingly not his nurse today, however ! I was so anxious again & both were so lovely last time i asked if she would be his nurse for my appt, she got up without hesitation went & had a word with him & his nurse and all was well. These days a bit of empathy goes a long way, adam & abbey showed & gave me that, to which im very grateful thank you so much guys.

   I formerly used Whitehouse Dental Practice and the service was wonderful, but they moved to Gildredge Road to Clinic 43. I have found them most unhelpful as I recently needed a denture repair and the dentist I saw was so dismissive and practically threw me out of his surgery. I made a complaint to the owner who apologise and made another appointment with someone else this was cancelled, and the next appointment was with a dentist who was very helpful, but could not help me with my denture replacement as she was leaving the practice. I then got another appointment 4 weeks later with the owner of the business, but yesterday it was cancelled and they refused to see me because I complained about the first dentist.not the practice I might add. I was given one days notice to cancel my appointment and they refuse to see me. Very unprofessional
