   I'm not sure most people would say a visit to the dentist was a pleasure but for me it is always a pleasure to visit Beatty Dental. Such a warm greeting from Tracey on reception, who seems to know everyone's names, to my appointments with Anka or Alex. Both are consummate professionals who put you at ease and deliver my treatment with such care and consideration. Thank you to the whole team for making a trip to the dentist a pleasure.

   I’m a nervous patient to say the least, and I had a nightmare extraction at an another dentist practice a few years back. The experience at Beatty was completely the opposite. Alex and Leah were incredible. Whilst I was still nervous they calmed me down, and the whole procedure was done before I knew it. Highly recommend Beatty Dental.

   Always a pleasure to attend an appointment with Beatty Dental. From Tracy on reception to Alex the dentist and the dental assistant and the hygienist (sorry, can't remember names) all friendly and reassuring. The technology used and viewed from the dentist chair seems to improve or update at every appointment. Denplan is also a good plan to have to help ease the costs. I'll see you at my next appointment.

   Absolutly amazing. All the staff are really.nice and friendly. Tracy on reception was really welcoming and helpfull and Alex the dentist was really calming and happy to.answer all my questions. The whole place is bright and clean and is suprisingly affordable for a private dentist.

   Lovely friendly caring RECEPTIONIST! Dentist too pompous to fit in a registered child in a huge amount of pain in their opening hours. Would have taken one minute to take the seed out of her tooth which was causing a problem. Then I could have booked a further appointment and used a temporary filling! Lost all respect and won’t be coming back. Counter staff absolutely wonderful, shame the dentist has run out of compassion

   I try to avoid dentists as much as possible. I had severe pain and need 2 teeth extracted. I got an emergency appointment and extraction on the same day. No pain at all through the process. If I have to go to a dentist again, hopefully not!!!, this will be the dentist I use. I have used several in my life, this one is the best.

   Went for a routine filling, the "Dentist" ended up drilling into the pulp cavity and then covering it up. After extreme pain I went back and he suggested a root canal at a specialist the specialist indicated that the previous "Dentist" drilled into the cavity and that is why it is so painful. After mailing and phoning no reply.. Zero accountability.. Proceed with caution. A year on I'm still struggling because of Beaty Dental.

   I have used this dentist several times over the last few years having not been to one for around 20 years due to poor work being carried out by another practice and loosing trust. This dentist and all his staff are truly fantastic and really make you feel that they are there because they care. I have always been charged a fair price for any work done and they have never looked for other work. I would more than recommend them to anyone. Also their Covid precautions are second to none. Thank you and well done.
