   Unfortunately, since the new management took over, this practice has gone downhill. No matter how many times you call, no one ever answers the phone, and emails are never returned. The last time I visited, the practice was so empty that it felt like they were about to close, which made me quite uncomfortable. I’ve now found another place to go. I requested both by email and over the phone to be removed from their system, but nothing has been done. I still receive phone calls, sometimes even twice in one day. It’s a real shame, as this practice used to be very good.

   I would like to submit a complaint regarding the receptionist I spoke with today at 12:40. I kindly request that the manager of the facility look into this matter, as she was very rude during our conversation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.I strongly recommend sending her for training on how to communicate properly with people.

   I absolutely hate going to the dentist but I must say bewbush has seemed to turn it around to what it was a year ago . I went to see bristi today and she was absolutely amazing and the best dentist I have ever had . She made me feel so comfortable and she was very kind and walked me through step by step and was very reassuring.

   Absolutely lovely dental practice! I phoned in the morning and the exceptional reception team managed to offer me a same-day consultation. Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. My dental scale and polish were completed over just two back-to-back appointments, which was incredibly convenient. The whole team made the experience comfortable and pleasant.

   I booked my son into nursery for 4 hours, had to have 2 braces removed by my orthodontist before my treatment and got to the practice to be told my dentist wasn't there l!! No call no email or text to tell me they couldn't see me. Meant to be having a tooth extraction and filling. The staff just said oh they tried to call you Friday. They didn't So unprofessional!!!

   Nice people friendly surgery however the receptionist with short hair is extremely moody. Never smiles and always looks unapproachable.The hygienist is very welcoming and knowledgeable, also Dr Nick is very kind and really listens to what you would like to achieve.

   I cannot praise Cony highly enough, whenever I am anxious which is more often than not, she has a way of calming me, she always looks after me and she is excellent at her job, I know I’m in very safe hands with her, she’s amazing. Also her assistants and the receptionist’s are all lovely and welcoming, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

   Once past the front door the experience was five star, but accessibility is poor for a wheelchair user. There is no way of opening the front door from a wheelchair, nor is there any means of requesting help. Access is then up a slope and over the threshold, requiring the chair to be tilted and the door to be held back by someone squeezed against the wall. I would have thought that this does not meet current guidance. The reception staff were brilliant and helped as soon as they knew the need. The dentist was very caring and thoughtful. So no complaints about the service at all.
