βIt has been a really great experience for me. I have tried quotes everywhere to get the best price, Arjun has helped me a lot to find the best deal in the current market. Great service also. Will buy services again from them.β
βThis place is a disaster and has been the ruination of me this is a disaster beyond belief I have been regency ward many times the state that i have arrived there in bears no relevance to my diagnosis. from there i went to the ATS i was off my head on some medication which they did change. It was nice of them and they were all nice people i saw them again and again i strung it out for 18 months i was no different to when i first went there at the end of it all i asked what did i first come to see you for nobody knew anything nobody really knows what is going on at all if i had the things that i have read wrong with me i would be in a terrible state seeing me and all that goese with it makes me realize why the health service is in such a state judging from this lot it neednt be between this place and portslade health centre i am lucky to be here i went to this place i managed to string it out for a year i was offered medication all sorts of things between this place and the portslade health centre there diagnosis system is mad i am one othe few people in this world whohas over come paranoid scitzophrenia with out any medication i was fortunate the dr at the portslade health centre lets call him Dr yellow spotted it first and with the combined help of millview working with Dr yellow i came through it well with out medication. The medication is dealt with by the pharmacy and they really were hot it was just that they knew nothing about any other condition i had and my god i have been seriously mentaly ill but i am getting over it one dr did not know why i was there i got on the wrong bus.No body can tell you ever the state that i was in when i arrived there the Dr has seen me told me i was ill the problem is it is like arriving there drunk and in a mess then when i see a Dr i am sober that is it a person could go in there painted blue then see the Dr the following morning cleaned up spotless the Dr would not know the person came in blue it is madness one doctor reads what the doctor has said before the fact that you see a Dr somewhere else like Dr yellow who really has not got a clue diagnoses you that goese down as gospel the NHS mental health service waists money like there is no to mmorow someone needs to sort these places out and get drs there that come with there own brain not some big comunual thingβ
βFrom the bottom of my heart, I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at the surgery. After being unwell for over 10 days, I contacted the surgery during what I know is one of the most difficult and pressured times of the year for GP practices. From the very first moment, the reception team were absolutely exceptional. They listened to me with kindness, patience, and genuine care, making me feel heard and supported when I was feeling at my weakest. I had already been advised by a pharmacist and by NHS 111 to seek urgent GP advice, and the receptionists acted quickly and compassionately to ensure a doctor contacted me as soon as possible. Their calm reassurance and efficiency made an enormous difference and immediately gave me confidence that I was in safe hands. The doctor then asked me to attend the surgery, where I was thoroughly assessed and diagnosed with pneumonia. Thanks to their professionalism and prompt action, I was able to start antibiotics straight away, and I am now on the road to recovery. I truly believe that without the care, understanding, and swift response from this surgery, my condition could have been far worse. The kindness shown to me was not just medical care β it was genuine human care, and it meant more than words can express. Thank you for being there when I needed you most. I will always be deeply grateful for your support, compassion, and dedication.β
βI have only been with the surgery a year but feel that all the care I have received has been of a good level. The receptionists are not rude as stated in other reviews, they have been nothing but polite and helpful whenever I have called. The anima system could be better, but where I've struggled to navigate it, a call to reception has always meant my problem was solved. I have had a telephone appointment today and can't speak highly enough of the attention and time given by Dr. Heaver. The call was within the given time and I feel that the consultation was as thorough, if not more generous time wise than if I had attended in person.β
βCahms has been very helpful for us. We had a long wait time but since in therapy my son has improved massively. Very good therapists there and the psychiatrist today was super lovely. Cahms is underfunded but itβs not the staffs fault.β
βCalled in the morning (08:30) and secured an appointment same day. My appointment was on time and the GP (Dr Leckenby) was professional and helpful. I also found the receptionist to be helpful, offering advice beyond the required minimum. Felt the need to give a positive review, given the high amount of negative responses.β
βTook out a policy, very easy to do. Unfortunately realised almost immediately I needed to cancel so I called the number. I spoke with a wonderful, friendly agent, Sithandiwe, who promptly did exactly what I requested and explained everything very clearly. Super easy, will try them again in future.β
βI did the half day back massage course. Thoroughly recommend it. Tutors are very good as was the venue. Looking forward to using what we learnt.β
βAbsolutely brilliant, i cant fault the care they have given my autistic sonβ
