We're coming out to do home visits on my son. Didn't turn up to his last appointment in march and have refused to contact me back. My son has complex needs and we are struggling
No help at all, 2 meetings got promised they would continue therapy after Xmas, then nothing no interest at all. It seems once they found out home education was happening they washed their hands of him

After numerous calls and visits this pathetic organisation still won’t do anything to safeguard a teen. They are not fit for purpose and have no idea what they are doing. Disgraceful rabble.
Extremely poor service left my daughter in tears refusing to ever speak to them again, belittled her anxiety and depression, rude staff, I know camhs in other areas of the country offer far superior support, as much as my children needed support I would not subject them to the ordeal of this camhs office. No care and no compassion. I have returned to gp and looking at other ways to support her.
Shocking mental health service provider when people say I've been failed by mh services i know exactly why !! This gillingham office is extremely strange people on reception are in another world , therapists diagnosing what could be potentially serious mental health conditions and deciding whether young people need help or not !? The so called psychologist not only highly rude and dismissive kept reminding me the about the budget ! This place needs exposing and i shall be doing exactly that !
Very slow, dont take problems seriously. Almost no communication, when there is imfomation is incorrect.very let down
