I am 80 years old, on Thursday the 18th December with my wife of 81 years. I was too ill to make it to Critcal Health department. My wife asked at reception if we could have a wheelchair, and was told to go and look for one. No chairs were in the reception area. Patient care was not observed. Hospital please train reception staff to be more considerate.

My visit to Mr Dani and his consultants in the breast care cancer unit was stress free. The nurses were kind and caring. Mr Dani is charming, thoroughly attentive and explained everything very clearly. The unit is clean and calm. I was seen on time and the whole visit was a calming experience. I felt listened to and cared for. Thank you to all of the staff.

I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional care received this morning (4:50am - 12:30pm) in A&E. Every single member of staff we encountered, was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. You made a stressful situation so much easier to bear. A special thank you to the incredible nurses and healthcare assistants for their patience and empathy, sense of humore and to the doctors for their expertise and reassuring manner. You are all a credit to the hospital. During what can be a very anxious time, your whole team made us feel safe, heard, and cared for. Thank you for your dedication and hard work !!! ❤️ Anna & Kamil

I was recently taken by an ambulance. Kent ambulance service is good, fast etc. We arrived at Tonbridge Wells Hospital and three people practised on me to insert a blood catheter and take my blood test using it. I had various trials in at least 3 locations, and I refused to take the fourth because I was pointed to a very painful place on my arm. An Asian-looking nurse found me rude because I tell her what to do! I said it's my arm and after so many holes I do tell what to do! Then they invited the superior English doc... she was indeed professional and did it all at once. And listened to me, put a blood catheter in one place, and took blood tests from another with a simple needle. Besides, I asked an Indian-looking doctor, who was commanding the actions, maybe there was no need for the blood catheter at all, just the blood tests. He said there is a need! And after my blood tests arrived all was fine, and they took out a catheter which was not used, and I ended up bruised for no reason... Two starts for them as out of 4 present / dealing with me - 1 is a medical professional! .... But the area is good - lots of forests, the hospital is clean and good-looking inside and outside, I wish the people there were also trained to align with the place.
