I suffer from severe anxiety and he made it easy for me. I ended up having one tooth out, that was fairly quick and painless. One day on and I have zero! “From a phone enquiry I made two days' before I was due to attend my pre-arranged COVID vaccination, and the appointment itself, I was given nothing but courtesy and professionalism from all the staff I came into contact with. The Pharmacist in particular was extremely helpful as the NHS information regarding eligibility was confusing and unhelpful. He answered all my queries happily and did not rush me, even though I could see he was very busy. I have no hestitation in returning to this Pharmacy and highly recommend it.”

“After three years with Dr. Christina Palmer, I can finally write this properly. I started seeing her when I was completely overwhelmed. Stressed, anxious, and running on fumes. I’d had enough of therapists who just sit there nodding while you spill your guts. Christina isn’t like that. She actually thinks. She listens, remembers, and works with you like a real person, not just a textbook case. She's helped me unravel a load of trauma and situational stress, but more importantly, she’s helped me change. Slowly, and with work. But honestly, I didn’t think that was possible before. What I really respect is that she doesn’t just rely on talking therapy. She looks at the bigger picture. We’ve done EMDR, we’re doing neurofeedback, and she’s always considering what will actually help, not just what ticks a box. The staff are great too. Friendly, no attitude, no weird energy. Just calm, kind people who know what they’re doing. I’ve still got work to do. But I’m not the same person who walked in three years ago. I’m more grounded, more clear, and I’ve got hope again. If you’re barely holding it together but still believe, even a tiny bit, that things could be better, go see her. She’s one of the good ones.”

“We booked in our son to see Robin for kinesiology allergy testing. Our son is only 6 but has been plagued with thick nasal discharge, lethargic and with swollen glands in his back for around 3 years. We have tried everything, cameras up the nose, lots of tests etc. Robin was very thorough over 2 hours and by process of elimination noticed a weakness/ reaction to gluten and tomatoes. We then cut these out of our son’s diet and around 2 months later the change in him was very noticeable. The nose is dry and he can breathe, his glands have gone down and he is gaining weight. Robin was so patient and kind and we were really impressed.”

This was £65 (inclusive of consultation & certificate), which was much cheaper than the Sussex Travel Clinic. This travel clinic is part of the Matlock Pharmacy, which is very clean and the customer service was really good; I felt like I was in really safe hands! Would definitely recommend.”
