Palmed off to an answering machine to get your prescription, feel very disheartened hate ringing up just to be transferred to an answering machine it's lazy & disgusting how patients are treated.

DISCRIMINATION! Was diagnosed and discharged same appointment. 3 years ago. And I'm YET to get any support. Gave me phone appointment knowing I couldn't do due to disabilities. Then took me off wait list because of it!! AVOID!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This institution is an absolute disgrace - without getting into too much detail, I reported my “psychiatrist” after he made some extremely inappropriate comments towards me and my mental health… roll on nearly a year of waiting on another list to see someone else, I received an appointment for the very same “psychiatrist”. I have been trying and trying to call to change this as he has caused me severe PTSD and I am having anxiety attacks just thinking about being in the same room as him but unfortunately I cannot get though and in turn I will lose my place on the waiting list and have to start the whole process again. At this point I think I am going to give up entirely. Thank you so much Ty Einon.

Been under Ty Einon for 3 months since I had my diagnosis for ADHD at 54 YOA. Pros - had my diagnosis within 4 months from applying. Cons - Completely reactive rather than proactive, immature and unempathetic reception, Staff just do not listen and would rather talk down to/at you, they don't appear to have any idea of mental health issues, they believe sending an email to the secretary in the office next door is job complete, constantly have to chase them up, phones take an age to be answered - 45 minutes and I'm number one in the in the queue, Psychologists do the very minimum during the diagnosis ("yes you have ADHD, here's a leaflet and a prescription - goodbye!). I asked a member of 'support' staff what services I could expect from Ty Einon - she didn't know. The sooner this place gets taken over by Western Bay Integrated Autism Service, the better. WBIAS are fantastic. Their support staff are brilliant - nothing is too difficult for them, their comms are on point, empathy in abundance.

Makes a change from not so good reviews but I found Ty Einon to be thorough, empathetic and very helpful, I'm very grateful

I got signed off the community team because I wouldn't engage with them about leaving my flat ( aspergers, scared of people) . Now i get a phone call every 3-4 months from a doctor I've never met to check if I'm still alive

I was seen rapidly and appropriately during the early weeks of the covid pandemic by Ty Einon when I experienced a severe manic break & was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I also received several follow up video consults. I have had a good experience with advice given, follow up & medication change liaison with my GP when I experienced adverse side effects on the meds initially prescribed after my inpatient stay at Cefn Coed. I think this clinic is doing the best it can with ever diminishing resources & increasing patient population & complexities.

As much as I want to put my trust into Ty Einon, I cannot. Their lack of communication is beyond awful, and don’t expect much from them to get back to you after leaving a message. I find one of the secretaries under my assigned psychiatrist very blunt and rude and not helpful at all, and have avoided her now due to this, don’t expect any form of reassurance or for her to even know who to contact in terms of crisis. Considering two points of access’ had been sent across, and two further a&e visits due to crisis point, there is no assigned CPN. Severe improvements need to be made to ensure their patients are cared for in the correct manner.
