Excellent service from start to finish martyn made me feel at ease throughout my treatment and everything was explained in detail reception staff went out of there way and very efficient especially natasha very pleased with the service they supply .
Hannah and her team replaced a filling for me yesterday (20/11/25). Previously another dentist had filled the same tooth and it was the worst possible experience. Freeman & Rosser arranged a speedy appointment. I was nervous about the procedure. However, Hannah was professional and kind. I received the best possible care from her and her team. Highly recommend this dental practice.
Really good dentist practice, however I wish they would put some fans or aircon in the reception area also a water dispenser especially in the summer, I was feeling dizzy and hot , I had to ask the receptionist to get me some water, this would make a better waiting area , just saying, I have been going there years.
I hadn’t been the dentist for about 10 years, I was too scared because my teeth are so sensitive. A friend recommended Freeman & Rosser, 2 years ago! I have to say I no longer dread going, my teeth and well looked after, my dentist Rebecca is so empathetic to my sensitivity, patient, kind and expert in her field. I feel safe now not scared, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. All of the team incredibly friendly, the receptionists are kind welcoming and send reminders via, email, phone and text, they are so on the ball. A Nice clean friendly professional practice.

Registered at this practice. Significant private dental work undertaken then referred to hospital. No further appointments sent by practice so they wiped my records! When I asked why, I was told by a pompous receptionist that it was my responsibility to keep making appointments. Sounded like a telling off! Wouldn’t give me another ‘emergency’ appointment and said I’d have to wait until next year as they are too busy. I’ve now gone to another private dental practice who have been totally professional
A new practice for myself and feeling quite nervous with a complexed treatment plan required Dr M Cox, Hannah Jones, Anne Phillips and the team have been amazing. I am treated with care, and everything is explained in detail. Also, the results are now on the way to giving me a happier smile :-))
This is a wonderful dental practice. Everyone is friendly and put me at my ease as going to the dentist can raise my anxiety levels. They are professionals of the highest order and tell you what they are doing every step of the way. Competetively priced with other local dentists. Would highly recommend.
