   I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. After undergoing a chemical peel in April, I experienced what I believe to be a burn as a result of the treatment. I immediately reached out to the company to raise my concerns, but despite repeated phone calls and assurances that someone would get back to me, I’ve received no follow-up whatsoever. It’s now August, and I’m still waiting. For a matter as serious as a potential injury, the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Their customer care has been appalling.

   I can’t recommend the Cosmetik Clinic enough! To start with the clinic is absolutely beautiful and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. I have had a range of treatments here from spa treatments to laser and I can’t fault a single treatment. Everything was done to the highest standard and all the therapists and staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Can’t wait for more treatments! X

   I have been to the Cosmetic clinic on several occasions in recent weeks, for massages to help with ongoing back and neck problems, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided. The therapists are highly skilled, professional, and attentive. The standard of care is always exceptional, and I always leave feeling fantastic. From the moment you walk through the door their overall service is outstanding. Id highly recommend them to anyone seeking effective and relaxing treatments. Thank you!

   First visit today and i had an absolutely amazing massage with Jade. Lovely relaxing feel to the clinic with friendly staff. Very clean and professional and could definitely feel the difference in my joints. Looking forward to trying their Hot Stone Massage and Floatation Tank.

   My daughters treated me to flotation and back massage treatments. Fantastic experience in the flotation room. This is the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly and helpful and guided me through the process. I floated for the full time and felt safe, calm but also reenergised. I used the neck pillow provided which was comfortable and supportive. Following this I had a back massage. This was wonderful! At the end of the treatments I was so chilled l could have floated out of the building. Please try the flotation treatment. I’m definitely going to book another session.

   What an amazing experience one in which I will be repeating... I choose the floatation tank followed by a massage. Spotlessly clean... Polite friendly staff from the reception area to the treatment I choose. Nothing rushed everything explained.. The robe and towel was clean and in excellent condition... Throw away slippers.... Good quality shower gel shampoo conditioner... Well I can not wait to treat myself again. Everything was perfect..... Coffee and biscuits offered while chilling in the relaxation room.... Treatment was a good price and 100% worth every penny... Can not thank you all enough for a perfect afternoon

   Had my eyebrows microbladed 2 years ago and they still look good (should have had them re-done but have been late doing this due to covid). The difference they have made to my face is amazing - swear great shaped eyebrows made me look younger! Can't recommend Siân's care and expertise enough. The consultation and aftercare was excellent. Well worth the cost.
