   Attended yesterday for tooth ache. The whole experience was excellent! Had an injection, starting of an abscess and nerve problems. Was told to take pain relief afterwards and no pain today! I recommend this practice!

   I highly recommend this dental practice. The staff are polite and professional. The practice is spotless and modern. My dentist, Alex, was absolutely amazing yesterday. He did a brilliant job on one of my front teeth. He was patient and explained everything he was doing step by step. The job was very thorough and neat! He is also great with my children. I can’t recommend him enough!

   Not at all happy that neither of us could make our 6 monthly appointment with the hygienist. We pay for denplan with the expectation that we automatically get a scale and polish every 6 months. If this is not now guaranteed then we will not be staying as patients.

   I've been attending this practice for many years and have always been satisfied, I now bring my son also and our dentist is great with him! Pleasant and friendly staff, waiting times haven't been so bad considering how busy the practice must be also. I cannot complain in any sense, great dentist !!

   AVOID. Terrible service and no customer care I agreed to £1,200 worth of dental work at Avenue dental across November/December 2022. Following this agreement I have had a total of 4 appointments out of 5 cancelled by the dental surgery. I have since been told i would be contacted to sort this out. Which the surgery has failed to do. The whole point in me coming to your dentist was to have specific work carried out and complete before Christmas. Following this agreement, where i was promised this was achievable, I have had 4 appointments cancelled which i have missed shifts at my workplace for. Meaning I am now out of pocket 4 days wage and had no dental work done. The customer service do not have any care due to being a busy surgery. They offer no help or alternative and just replace you with the next customer.

   Absolutely without doubt the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m naturally anxious and the dentist always used to trigger me massively. Natalie puts me at ease every time and is so precise and gentle whenever I need work doing that it is never an issue. Professional practice and all the staff are great, can’t fault it at all.
