“This place is good, this should only be your place in need when in absolute crisis. Doctors and staff are hardworking and within the pressure of demands and covid i think they do a great job and your just a call away if in dire need. People with mental health issues are more used to learning the coping mechinisms therapy has taught them i think its those that have just needed the service and arent getting the care they think they derserve are giving this place low reviews. Its a bloody hospital service not a restaurant. My dr and the physcologists ive seen are great and the e.r.t therapy helped alot. Be patient and this clinic and staff are brilliant dont always suggest to sometimes inaccurate reviews.”

Anyway she was able to swap over my lenses into brand new frames. Thankfully the exact ones I needed were available and she was able to sort them pretty quick for me. I did have to spend quite abit that I originally wasn't expecting to spend that day. To be honest though it was worth it as I didn't have to order new glasses and have to wait awhile for them to come back. Angela (I hope I've remembered her name right) was an absolute godsend. Super helpful and polite. Made my visit so much less stressful with her calm and professional nature. So I was able to think calmly about what was the best solution since they were the only pair I had. Honestly any time I go in the staff prove time and time again why I prefer to be with vision express.”
