staff are brilliant to be honest cant fault them, my extractions are awkward at the gum line but the dentist doesnt flinch and does them with ease, great work guys
Excellent service, I've been a patient here for many years but had to ring this morning for emergency appointment due to large swelling and pain in my gum, thankfully they were able to fit me in this morning, XRay, diagnosis and treatment, hopefully on the mend and will be out of this pain soon. Can't thank you enough, I'm very grateful for their expertise and service
I’ve been attending this practice for a number of years now, I will be devastated if the health board have their way in the mismanagement of people attending appointments at their registered dentist, the Welsh government and health board need to get together and come up with something that is going to work, I feel this is just a way of getting rid of nhs dentists, they supposed to be improving the system not making it impossible to get an appointment, the Welsh government need to go. Feel sorry for everyone working in the dentist doing their utmost to deliver a good service.
I visited Briton Ferry Dental practice for the first time yesterday. I was extremely impressed with the wonderful customer service I experienced from all staff and the practice manager from the minute I walked in the door. This wonderful customer service continued by the dentist (Rashika) herself and her dental nurse Emili. Who explained everything to me and made me comfortable during my treatment. The practice was so clean, organised, well run and my treatment plan explained to me in great detail. I don’t normally write such long feedback but I felt so grateful I just had to. Thank you everyone and well done on such an amazing practice. Xx
Brilliant dentist, I've a terrible phobia and she really helps me every time I attend. I've had loads done and shes been brilliant, always tells me what shes going to do and doing, tells me she will stop if I'm struggling. I'm really grateful to them.

I suffer with anxiety but I can swear I had a tooth pulled and both dentist are excellent didn't feel it even the injection wasn't painful very professional
I was put at ease straight away .dentist reassures you all the time & you can stop the treatment at any time .clean , well presented building parking can sometimes be a problem but there is a side street you can use .highly recommend
