I was extremely impressed with the wonderful customer service I experienced from all staff and the practice manager from the minute I walked in the door. This wonderful customer service continued by the dentist (Rashika) herself and her dental nurse Emili. Who explained everything to me and made me comfortable during my treatment. The practice was so clean, organised, well run and my treatment plan explained to me in great detail. I don’t normally write such long feedback but I felt so grateful I just had to. “The care, both my son and I receive at the Dental Lounge is outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with patience and respect. Our dentist, Morgan, takes time to discuss and explain any treatment and all the options. Morgan treated my very anxious son who had a million questions and needed lots of reassurance especially around timings through out the procedure. Morgan and his dental assistant showed nothing but care and patience. My son felt really confident leaving after ‘pain free’ treatment. Thank you all very much.”
