   Reliable with really friendly staff. I have the luxury of being an NHS patient with them for more than ten years. Had treatment today & Yas worked some magic, with his calm demeanour and gentle nature made me feel so at ease. Really happy with the service. The hygienist is so good with the kids too and our dentist Liam is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Well deserved 5*

   The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Saad was on reception today and his customer care is always excellent, he is a model example of what over and above looks like. He is professional, helpful, kind, and compassionate and always greet patients with a smile. My dentist Ahmad Yasir Faizi, and I was unfortunately having a filling requiring an injection. The dentist was on time, friendy, professional and ensured i was comfortable throughout the treatment. Excellent customer care all round. Brilliant service!

   Cancelled my apppointment on the day (30 mins before I was due to arrive). I was in agonising pain from a damaged tooth and had to relocate off my own accord and pay an extra emergency fee.

   I have just received treatment for the 2nd time at the London road dental centre. I am always nervous when I go to the dentist, but Chris and his assistant made me feel very calm. Chris explained what he was going to do and before I knew it the treatment was completed. I never felt anything. I would highly recommend this dentist and all the staff are very friendly and professional.
