   Every aspect of this practice and team are excellent…. I have had the pleasure of speaking with both Rachel & Sophie over the telephone, they are always so very friendly, polite and very helpful. The text messaging, and appointment reminders are a great resource for me and their communication is always great. A special mention to Jameson and Salma (dental nurse) treatment received today was amazing, thank you very much!

   I contacted Bupa after being unable to secure an appointment with my usual dentist. Claire was extremely helpful and arranged an appointment for me the very next day. While I was there, she also managed to schedule a hygienist appointment for the following day, which was greatly appreciated as usually I've had a long wait to see a hygienist at my usual practice. --- Let me know if you'd like it to sound more formal, casual, or include specific praise for Claire or the service overall.

   Very happy with our visit today. Angelo was friendly and professional, explaining everything thoroughly and with care. Our appointments were all on time, no waiting for ages in a waiting room. The reception staff were friendly and helped with our query about the Smiles plan. Overall, we’re very happy to have moved to Bupa. Everyone we dealt with treated us with kindness and care. 5 stars.

   Nothing but praise for this practice. Owen puts me at ease and always takes his time with me. I’m a very nervous person when it comes to anything to do with my teeth, so having to have fillings made me a nervous wreck but Owen always made me feel at ease.    My first point of contact was with Katie, she was very empathetic and took the time to alleviate my stress. Katie went above and beyond to help me and booked me in for the earliest possible appointment. Knowing my eagerness to be seen, a few days later I was contacted and offered a cancellation. My experience face to face was just as good, reception staff friendly and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse were caring and put my mind at ease by talking me through a treatment plan. Very pleased with service I have received.
