   Found Live Life Smiling by accident and couldn't be happier. All staff are fabulous, always smiling, cheerful etc. Everything I have had done by Jeremy has been first class. He is always cheerful, funny makes you feel totally relaxed. I have experienced fillings/tooth extraction and a denture all were done perfectly. 110% would recommend this practice. :)

   If I could leave no stars, I would.. but Google won't allow it. My 14 year old registered disabled son who attends a special needs school, not only has diagnoses for ADHD, Opposition Defiance Disorder and severe emotional & behavioural issues and very challenging aggressive behaviour has had an issue with a tooth which has been needing extraction since 2020 (COVID TIMES). My son was seen once by RHODRI HUGHES 4 years ago, and a referral was sent to a unit in Neath. Even though I forced my son to attend this appointment even through his extreme anxiety, and constant challenging behaviour while driving him to this appointment. Appointment was fulfilled. I was then told that he would be referred to a waiting list to have the infected tooth removed. In that time the clinic LIVE LIFE SMILING proceeded to send an appointment letter for the abstraction to an address my son nor I had ever resided in. I was advised of a failed appointment by phone even though it was their issue, not mine. I then gave the correct details of my address which we had lived in for years. And the address the letter was sent to wasn't even an address we had ever lived in. In 2021 my son had an infection in the same tooth, but LIVE LIFE SMILING DENTIST SURGERY in Port Talbot said they couldn't see him due to not having consultations due to Covid. I was given antibiotics 3 times for this infection WITHOUT any consultation with my son. As any parent of a child with massive disabilities and severely aggressive, controlling challenging behaviour would understand that visiting a dentist/medical professional of any type can cause severe emotional anxiety & a "fight or flight mode" will definitely kick in. My son has been in extreme pain for 5 days straight and will continue to be in pain and the infection in his mouth is heading towards his brain. RHODRI HUGHES AND STAFF SHOULD HANG THEIR HEADS IN SHAME AT DISCRIMINATING A CHILD WHO IS NOT ONLY VULNERABLE BUT IN UNMANAGEABLE PAIN. I will be pushing for this to be taken further.. the Descriminatory Act 2010 is there to protect the vulnerable not push them to one side because you as a business do not care. Shame on you all! This will be published on social media, through the press and the health board will be made aware of your Inability to treat ALL children regardless of their mental health & disabilities.

   Not a bad dental practice, but I find Jeremy very rude and sarcastic, which is completely unnecessary as I had paid for treatment and just overall unfriendly. Reception and dental nurses were great.
