I was recommended to come here for a bully billows harness for my Staffy. The boys were fantastic and very helpful. They helped me measure him up and find the perfect size. I will definitely be returning. I have already recommended this shop to fellow dog owners.

Been coming here since they've opened, and always get my dog food from here. They are always quick to help over the phone or in store. And it's always a nice chat when I come to collect my dogs food. Will continue coming here and hope they stay successful!
We always get our Durham raw dog food from here now as everywhere else we been have different prices for different flavours, here it's nice and simple as all flavours same price and a much better price than anywhere we used to go to. All the staff here are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly too. Won't go anywhere else now (plus our 3 boxers love it)
TERRIBLE SERVICE - WASTE OF TIME - STAY CLEAR! I was after Royal Canin Digestive Care for my little dog, therefore, I called in to this store to support a local business.....however, that's 5 minutes of my time that I'll never get back! A young man, OR an older boy with a Swansea accent.....whatever he was, came to serve me from behind the counter WHILST TALKING ON HIS MOBILE PHONE!!! "What can I do for you" he asked. I replied "I'll tell you once you get off the phone!...I'm not prepared to speak with you whilst you're in the middle of speaking with someone else!". How rude! I asked if he had Royal Canin Digestive Care. He said "the Royal Canin stuff doesn't sell, which is why there's so much of it still on the shelf!..it's all Puppy food". I asked if he would be willing to see if he could order it in for me, as I spend an awful lot on my dog, & will be spending with this store , but he said no & go to Pets at Home!! I said that I do, but wanted to support local busineses. He could't care less!!!! Disgusting attitude! Total waste of time & energy! This store will not stay open for long! Taking all this into account, they don't deserve a single star, but I had to put one star in order to post this review. The only star I want to put anywhere this Christmas, is on top of my Christmas tree!
