   Took my 4 month old Lab puppy. The ladies were great and he came back smelly great and so soft. Not sure why so many bad reviews. The staff were great and most importantly they done an amazing job.

   Very disappointed in the service and attitude of the staff who seem to lack the necessary training, which is not a fault of their own. After waiting for weeks, I was told they couldn’t handle my dog, who was nervous (they used the word ‘aggressive’ which was offensive) in a very tight space with strangers. These things happen, but the apology was less than sincere, and was delivered with distain and laughter. I was furious... like I haven’t got better things to do with my weekend. I would say that the place might be better suited to small dogs, but we weren’t thrilled by the previous grooming of out Pomeranian. I think a lack of oversight is to blame, here, and the recruitment and staff training processes need immediate attention. This is the first negative review I’ve written, ever…

   Absolute abysmal customer service from the store. I’ve booked an appointment and had to wait for two months as I needed an appointment on a Sunday. On the Sunday in question I was called five minutes before my appointment time to tell me that They had staff sickness!! They would need to reschedule and I would be prioritised with the booking. I was promised a call back on more than one occasion after three days have passed no contact. I called the store there was no offer of apology or acknowledgement of my inconvenience only offer another appointment over a month away. I will take my money and my dog elsewhere. I note other comments about a very bad customer service from the store if only I had read them first.

   Scammed out of a free groom by the groom room. I’ve been taking my dog to the groom room since he was a puppy (he’s now 2). They have a deal where you have 5 full grooms and get the 6th free. I’ve never had a free groom for my boy. What they do is every other groom put your appointment as a “wash a brush” so you don’t qualify for a groom closer to the free one, the staff were very unhelpful and told me they couldn’t do anything and to phone customer services. I’ll never visit here again.

   My dogs have been clients of Llanelli Groom Room for a few years and we had no issues until yesterday. I or my daughters book both dogs in together to make grooming a joint experience and for them to be comfortable together. Yesterday, however, was the worst service we experienced. Dog 1 is booked in 1st then dog2. Got dog2 to door to be told that a dog was already in (same name and same breed dog). We booked both dogs and same contact details etc SO how can another dog take his place? Don't they check contact details? So our boy leaves the Groom Room to come home. On way home my daughter gets a call asking to bring dog 2 back(they cancelled other dog appointment by contacting owner) dog2 returned to Groom room and both dogs had their treatment. On returning to collect both dogs staff wanted a late collection fee which I find APPALLING due to their incompetence . Travelling half way home and then being called back takes time so forget the late cancel fee. Seriously staff need to improve data checking of dogs booked in and not ask for late fees for their incompetence.

   Took my sons dog there for a groom charged £46 it was an awful cut, didn't recognise her when I went to pick her up. It was uneven long/short strands all over scalped her to the bone. That was 4wks ago, still looks really bad. Will never go back or recommend them. Don't think they're qualified, could've done better job myself, also didn't smell like she'd been bathed at all.

   Our dog had the worse cut we have seen, they her skin then said it was there before the cut. It was uneven underneath and her face cut was also uneven. Paid £46 for that and I would happily have a refund if they offered. Found somewhere half the price down by pembray for only £28 for our other dog amazing cut and service.
