Excellent service from both Regan and Ollie, who were efficient, helpful and personable. It was especially nice to be able to converse with Regan (a very pleasant young lady!) through the medium of the Welsh language, which is my first language. I have used this company for a number of years, and have always found their prices competitive. I would prefer to support a local company, and to be able to have contact with someone personally, than to shop online. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I have secondary Breast Cancer which is an illness which I’ll have all my life which is treatable but not curable. I’m a perfectly healthy being who manages to go to the gym and lead a perfectly normal life! Unfortunately looking for insurance online and even phoning major companies resulted in them saying they could only quote me including my illness for a 1 week trip to America making the insurance for myself and 11 year old daughter £2000 plus! My husband and mother tried with the same results. There really is no need to cover me for my illness! I’m fitter than most people I know! � My cousin who works as an independent travel agent recommended Keri who was extremely helpful who found a company who would exclude my illness! £37!!!!!! I am sure there are people out there who either fall for paying these extortionate prices or who just don’t go away for this reason! Thank you � Xxx
