   I have dealt with Compare Insurance for a number of years with my business. However in the last 2 years they have not been competitive within the market and are consistently on the hard sell. I have recently been bombarded with emails, calls and texts threatening that my breakdown cover will lapse . Yet I explained I have been in & out of hospital with my wife & newborn baby recently. However they were still constantly trying to contact me trying to obtain payment (so they can obtain their commission). Very un-professional, lack of empathy and poor customer service. I have now taken my business elsewhere and will not be dealing with this company in the future.

   be careful- not as compliant as they should be- usually customers details left around on paperwork- new businesses are cold called then given the hard sale. the company will always ask you for a target so they can squeeze as much fees out of you as they can. go to a brand insurer- not these backstreet cowboys.
