   We needed to see an exotic vet regarding our Red lored Amazon who had a nasal stone . Dr Lance Jepson was great with Denver and removed the stone quickly and Denver came back in the room to us her happy usual self . When I asked for some diet advice he took the time to help with all my questions and recommended some new foods /vitamins to try . Great vets :)

   I started taking my dogs to this vet about 2 years ago. The friendly advice always relieves my worries about my little dogs. Expert care when my cavalier had to suddenly be put to sleep, with Jo and staff staying well after closing time. Thank you everyone for the excellent service.

   This is our second visit to this practice and without a shadow of doubt we can say that Kevin and the team are so caring and listen to everything you have to say. Yes, there are many good vets around, but Kevin we have to say is someone special and the kindest and genuine interest in all our concerns are given the utmost attention. It was a real pleasure to see you and your team this morning and our guinea pigs are so grateful that they gave some of their treats to you and reception today (Zeus&Apache).. We HIGHLY recommend this practice and Kevin you are very special as a vet and you need to know this ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Kevin is an excellent exotic vet. I found him to be very thorough and informative with our guinea pigs. Lovely modern vets practise. We have also been able to see Tom from Origin Vets since they started holding clinic days here too. Well worth the drive up to Carmarthen for top quality care.

   We have been very impressed with Seren Vets. Even our German Shepherd is excited to visit, he pulls on his lead to get through the door! Inside, the layout is carefully thought out and the staff are keen, informative and friendly. (both to us and our GSD!). The consultation with Vet Kevin was thorough and very professional. Kevin has a good manner, a quality that was much apreciated by our dog, who usually is quite fussy about who gets very close to him. Long and short of it all,, Kevin was wonderful and his diagnosis / advice was spot on. All in all, extremely happy with all aspects of Seren Vets and will be returning for future animal care.

   Had a great experience there. All staff were very nice, the waiting rooms are lovely and to top it off the vets are very knowledgeable (I saw Kevin) and put my worries about my rats at ease. Would 100% recommend.
