   I've being seeing Adrian for a few years now, and for a lot of different sports related injuries. I've been having knee issues for over thirty years, and I've had multiple surgeries. I discussed getting a Sinogel injection a few months after my latest meniscus operation. Ady went through the intel with me, gave me some literature and I decided to give it a go. I can honestly say it's been unbelievably good. Even months after the injection I'm still feeling nothing like the pain I had prior to the Sinogel. It's allowed me to train on, work hard at my rehab, which in turn has benefited my knees even more. I highly recommend it. There's no hard sell from Adrian. Just solid data, and great professional advice.

   The treatment here was outstanding. I had a Hyaluronic Acid injection for my knee arthritis that worked brilliantly. I barely think about my knee now. And whilst I was there, I mentioned I'd had a stiff neck for 4 years and had seen 2 physios, a chiropractor and an osteopath to no avail. Adrian diagnosed and fixed it in one session! I still find it hard to believe. Can't recommend Core Boy Clinic highly enough.

   Would highly recommend Adrian. Was struggling with runners knee/IT band syndrome and only able to run up to 30 minutes before the pain started. Adrian was extremely knowledgeable and was able to clearly diagnose my issue along with performing an ultrasound to check for any issues/inflammation. Adrian prescribed daily exercises along with other guidance and tips which within 2 weeks has transformed my running so I am now running pain free and back training for my marathon.

   I saw Adrian in the Swansea clinic, I had been experiencing lower back pain for at least 2 years which was getting worse. Saw my GP who couldn’t find anything wrong. Adrian got to grips with the problem straight away. He gave me exercises to do at home and worked on my back in the clinic. He recommended yoga long term to help keep me moving. After just 3 sessions I feel so much better and I am so grateful to Adrian for his help. Would highly recommend.

   Adrian is exceptional. I first sought his help with a knee injury. He used ultrasound to diagnose my problem easily. He was excellent at explaining what was happening. He recommended ultrasound treatment that quickly had me on the mend. I then sought his assistance with lower back pain. He was just as competent, giving me exercises that had me med-free in less than a week. I highly recommend him.

   We saw Adrian a couple months ago because I had hurt my leg playing MMA. He gave me a full diagnosis and exercises to help my leg, and also noticed a hypermobility i was unaware of. Thank you for your help and we would return here (well hopefully not, i dont want another injury, but i know who to call if i do!)

   I am an ultra runner, running 80+ miles per week, out of nowhere came an inside calf ache, this didn't improve with massage so I went to see Ade, after 2 sessions of Acupuncture and home exercises I am nearly ready to run again, it;s been a painful 2 months of not running, but I am feeling ready to go, Ade has stopped me running an ultra tomorrow, instead calmed me down and put me on a walk/run strategy. You can;'t go wrong with seeing Ade.

   Adrian was very warm and welcoming during my session. I've only been to see him once regarding an achy-neck, but during that session I felt that Adrian had focused purely on the appearance of my neck and perhaps disregarded the severity of how much it effects me. I would have liked to have been offered an x-ray to check for any traumas to my cervical spine, and a detailed critique of my posture. He provided me with a lovely massage and some basic exercises, none of which have made a difference to my neck pains 1 month later. I will be seeking other professional advice...

   Adrian is an excellent physio therapist! I had been struggling with back and arm injuries through running and weight lifting. After my first session at core body clinic I felt like a new person and was able to get back to exercising, keeping me sane in lockdown. The care and expertise are second to none, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
