Seriously needs to look at their latest receptionist. She is so rude and thinks she runs the drs. She's not English and been there a few mths now and is really rude the way she speaks to patients. She's got long dark brown/black hair. The way she just spoke to me as if she was the Dr and incharge and can dictate to u. Its such a shame as having someone like that on reception brings down the drs big time. How they get the job in the first place I'll never know. As she's no good at it and no people skills whatsoever.

Receptionist was so rude. Sat waiting for an appointment and heard her having different conversations with several patients, in person and on the phone. She was sharp and speaking to people as if they were stupid. Disgusting that this is the front face of your doctor’s surgery when you have such amazing GP’s. Someone needs to go on a customer service course!

Terrible surgery, receptionist can't answer on simple question, Only send link to triage. Impossible to book appointment, after triage have to wait 2 day to call. They not understand that people go to work and can't use phone at work. I don't know how many doctors work in surgery, but all the time give me appointment for locum doctor who work one or two times in the week. If need follow appointment have to wait one week. Two day they can't sort out one prescription, they send me in AE for one small problem, that can be sort out for 2 min. and the end said to go to private hospital if I don't like them. Is there in area a surgery that can book appointment straightway on receptionist and to have appointment? So frustrating and disappointing with NHS, they just live people to suffering.

Moxley Medical Centre is hands down one of the best GP surgeries I've ever visited. From the moment you walk in, the receptionists greet you with warmth and professionalism, making you feel valued and cared for. They are always polite, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to assist with appointments or any queries you may have. The medical staff are equally amazing—understanding, compassionate, and truly attentive to your concerns. They take the time to listen and ensure that you feel heard, which makes a huge difference when you're unwell or seeking advice. Another big plus is the minimal waiting time. Unlike many surgeries where you feel like you're waiting forever, Moxley Medical Centre runs efficiently without making you feel rushed. Overall, the level of care and professionalism at this surgery is exceptional. I would highly recommend Moxley Medical Centre to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive GP practice. I have moved now and I really hope the next GP is as good as this one.

Went in with registration paperwork for me and my baby and the receptionist started huffing and moaning about doing it. If they treat you like this before you register then I don’t want to find out what it’s like when you are a patient! Ended up walking out and will be finding another a surgery to sign up to.

The nurses are brilliant, kind, caring also very understanding, if at times l can only get to see a nurse for an appointment it does not bother me. They give you the treatment like the docter gives .

Ringed to book emergency appointment over the phone about morning after pill as this is the first time I had this kind of situation, didn’t really have the funds at the moment to spend 30pounds on one pill. On nhs website I red I can get it free of charge from my gp, at 8 o’clock all appointments are booked, guess I will get pregnant then I even thought I don’t want to. Giving me anxiety, thank you Moxley medical centre. I’m looking for another clinic because this one is a joke, never have space, but when it comes to vaccine my baby which I said I don’t want to do they send me every possible date.

The centre it's self is okay. It's Just the doctors don't seem bothered. Twice I've had blood test for what I thought at the time could be serious. I know no news is good news but on both occasions the doctor has never got back to me with any results.
