   lately the nurses have just gotten worse I’m put with male doctors despite them being aware of previous sexual assaults from when I was a child and not just that I felt very hurt at my most recent appointment I asked for my copper coil to be removed because I kept getting horrible thrush that was leaving me with horrible cuts to my vulva and while I was getting it removed the doctor didn’t tell me anything that was happening to me he just stayed silent before roughly ripping my coil out and when I began to cry and shake he walked away saying “your done” the nurse asked if I was ok which I clearly wasn’t and then a week later when I missed my period and didn’t know why as the doctor didn’t tell me about any effects of having the coil removed the nurse was rude and I just felt like I was irritating her for just asking genuine questions about the procedure this is not how young women should feel about trying to find contraception that works for them and I will not be retuning to this clinic as I am a young and timid woman and I don’t think the rudeness was necessary or good for my already fragile mental state and I think staff need to have some serious training on customer service as the people who go to them are already uncomfortable and ashamed they don’t need people being rude and disrespectful while going through that

   Had my first IUS/ coil fitted here and I cannot praise both nurse Penny and Sally enough, they made me feel so comfortable and were great throughout the whole process and making sure I was okay. They explained everything thoroughly, as I’m one of those people that likes to know every detail, whilst remaining calm and professional, helping me through each step of the process. Cannot thank them both enough for making my experience as pleasant as possible.

   Thank you to Penny and the other nurse that helped in the room yesterday. (The lady who went to Cyprus) sorry can’t remember her name! They both was so incredibly lovely! Caring, calm. I could not have asked for better! I had the copper coil fitted else where a few years ago (had to have it taken out a few months ago) and it was horrible experience, very painful, brought me to tears, yesterday I had the hormonal coil fitted, which was no where near as painful as the last coil. No tears. They was so helpful in keeping me distracted and calm. I am forever thankful! I will be using this clinic from now on. All the staff here are lovely, the reception lady was great! To the nurse that told me the correct way to the exit! The gentleman man that picked my badge up that I dropped. You are all lovely! Thank you so much!

   I had an appointment booked and was late 10 minutes due to traffic. My route was 40 minutes. The receptionist michele russell an absolutely horrible and rude person said that the appointment is lost , there is nothing that can be done, there is no one available and so on. Zero helpful and rude person. In past people have made complaints about her not sure why nothing has been done. If you dont like your job then dont do it . There are many people who will happily do and be helpful to patients as well. Disgusting service . Should be asked to leave the job or retained. Please dont be under the impression that i have left this negative review to Michele because she could not do anything for or because i am angry. I am absolutely not .Reading the previous comments left for michele it confirms my views about her. Extremely horrible person and rude. Went in and she shouted on top of her voice that only one person can be in , there is no notice or nothing stating that before entering the building. Saw my constant and they were shocked to hear that i was not seen because i was 10 minutes late , in past i have been on time with hospital appointments and was made to wait more than 20 minutes, i never complained. I feel Michele is judgmental and loves to belittle people in her rubbish small job. Unfortunately she is nothing out of that job. I feel sorry for people like these wonder how sad her life must be to be so horrible. Extremely poor service on professional level. Please do something about it . U have got only 2.4 star.

   Staff are always lovely to talk to and are very pleasant. Nurses focus on easing the patient and offer great care. A lovely service that I thank them for because I have anxieties. They offer great support and always answer their phones, are great with contact detail updates and appointment times are right on time or even earlier than expected. If I arrive ten minutes before my appointment time, I am normally seen either right on the dot or before the given time of appointment. Staff have always been friendly to me and it's really a great service. Has put me at a lot of ease.

   Please avoid this terrible place. You are supposed to arrive half hour early to get a place for the walk in. I arrived 45 mins early and couldn’t get in. They only had 6 slots for a two hour window. What a waste of time and money getting here! The receptionists don’t give a damn and are unprofessional. Definitely need to rethink their services here. Should not advertise a walk in with so little slots. Mouthy patient in the queue dictated who went first in the queue to the receptionist hence not getting a slot. Seriously travel 10 miles further and get some decent care. Absolute joke! No wonder so many people get stis and teenage pregnancies in this area!!
