This is the worst place I have been for a blood test...names were shouted out from the room aggressively which was really unprofessional... Worse is sitting in the same room when the nurses do it as it is so loud and puts you on edge. Why they can't walk out into the waiting room and be more courteous and professional is beyond me. However moving on from that, the nurse , whom took around 5 minutes to find me on the system with me continually giving details whacked the needle in my vein (no wipe beforehand) and got it in so wrong it hurt a lot , and then gave me the container of vials to hold with my other hand whilst she is filling up and after a couple of vials were done, the blood starting spurting everywhere with me in agony . From there she covers it with multiple cotton wool balls(as there was that much blood) then when it slowed down she wanted me to hold it there.. with my other hand still uncomfortably holding the blood vials box from earlier still. All in all , ill go somewhere else from now on after this experience.

Never visited this clinic before, but attended today for a blood test. Arrived early and from my first interaction at reception it was a relaxing and positive experience. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The lady who took my blood put me at ease, despite the fact I dislike needles and it took a couple of attempts to obtain a sample. These nerves were also helped as I arrived 15 mins early but was seen straight away.

Tried to book an appointment for my 3 year old daughter as she has had a cough for about 3 weeks now but was refused by the receptionist who tried to push us on to 111 or the walk in centre. This is where GPs and their receptionist get bad names for avoiding seeing patients. ****Update 1/7/25**** My wife called to see the doctor today as she hasn't been very well, the receptionist told her that she can't see a doctor as she is not an emergency and she needs to go to a pharmacist. My understanding is hospitals are for emergencies and doctors/general practitioners are for illness's etc or has the purpose of gp's changed?

A bit crowded compared to some other gp I have visited, I assumed they have more communities and services to offer which is good as they were able to maintain some level of cleanliness. The blood test actually takes the 5mins as stipulated. No much of pleasantries, just straight to business as it is a busy section.

It's the worst GP practice ever. This place is good at making you wait over 45 mins to 1 hr to be seen every time. Every visit to this place since 2022 has been such a frustrating experience. The receptionists are rude over the phone. The doctors seem to be wasting 15 mins between patients by not calling anyone in. Its seem like after every patient, they have a nap or chilli. They do not allow you to talk about more than 1 problem. If you want to discuss any other health issue, they will tell you to make another appointment. Useless doctors and useless staff. Do not join up with this GP. You will regret it.

I call to My registered GP Surgery to book appointment for my wife health related problems. I got the appointment, but when i going to the Bilston health centre their is GP Name Daisy she is very badly treated with my wife. My wife started crying and we left this surgery without explain her health problems. As a professional Gp not have right to very badly deal with patient. She is very rude, she not know how to deal with patient. My wife have a previous medical history and she not feel well .I complained to my regestired surgery as well.

Terrible surgery. The doctor changed my sons medication without contacting me and without good reason causing more issues when the medication he was already recieving was helping. Now we are back to square one!! The receptionist is also incredibly rude and needs to sort her attitude out. I'll be changing surgeries once I've had an explanation for this abysmal behaviour

I choose to go here from a couple of centres for a blood test. I arrived at 9.05 and my blood was taken at 9.39. The nurse was an absolute pro, didn't feel a thing and she was lovely. Better still about 3 hours later I received a text with my blood results! Fantastic service and haven't found that with the NHS in recent years. Will definitely choose to come here again.
