Unfortunately, the efficiency of the call queue system has declined. Wait times have increased significantly, with twenty or more callers ahead. This extended wait time can be frustrating, particularly for those seeking urgent medical advice or appointments. I urge the management of Hill Street Surgery to address this issue promptly to prevent patient dissatisfaction and potential delays in accessing healthcare services. Furthermore, the website of Hill Street Surgery has functional problems. It is challenging to navigate and access vital information. Technical glitches, error messages, and pages that fail to load properly are common occurrences. This can be incredibly frustrating for patients relying on the website to find essential details about services, opening hours, or to book appointments. It is crucial that the management of Hill Street Surgery takes notice of these issues and rectifies them promptly.    This was a brilliant surgery before they become part of health and beyond they used to answer within minutes but now I've been on hold for 4 hours and they've still not answered me so to solve my boredom I'm writing this. I've been caller number 4 for the past 19 minutes

   . been with this practice for 10 years …it provided really good service ,when dr suryani and doctors hook were there ..but since they left the surgery is gone bellow the hill .. made appointment few time but doctors doesn’t even Liston properly.. and had to change my surgery.. very disappointed

   Possibly one of the worst places I've used (dr hook is great) rude receptionists and incompetent doctors. Was relieved to get away from here. Needs shutting down or at least all new staff.

   My sister & I are just changing from this medical1 practice & I'm amazed at how quick they are at registering & transferring our medical notes, it's only taking 48hrs (2 days from handing in our new patient forms) where as it took the doctors surgery that I'm transferring from over 4 weeks to sort everything out. Even though the reception staff are friendly this doctors surgery keeps getting mine & my sister's prescription wrong. I have to keep requesting some of my medication every week, instead if either monthly or longer, especially when the medication in question as they are important as they medication is very strong pain tablets and important tablets for my stomach problems. This GP is ok for people who don't visit the doctor very much.
