   I have had my dentist appointment cancelled 5 times now as there has been no dentist available since July. So disappointed I will be looking for a new dentist.

   Disappointed, attended for my 9 o clock appt. Door will still locked. Gave it 10mins and phoned from outside. Went to answer machine. 15 mins after my appt time doors still locked and no sign of life. So left another voicemail. Phoned later in the day to see what had happened. No call back or explanation. Have registered with another Dental practice.

   Been going to this dentist for years and have always been happy with Asad. Asad Has gone privetly so been replaced by another. He is unprofessional and has no people skills. He basically passed the buck and sent me to cradley heath to get my tooth seen to further and also was private to which I couldn't afford. All he was interested in was to have my tooth extracted. Not to see to the problem and save my tooth. He obviously did not want to see me as he cancelled my appointments twice and delayed my problem by a month. I have no faith in your dentistry. I would not recommend this man to anyone. I have now found another dentist that is NHS, had my tooth seen to and put it right without extracting it. Great service, very thorough and professional in all aspects.

   Awful practice from start to finish, walked in to find half the staff nattering (nothing professional just general gossiping) sitting on there phones, whilst we stood waiting to be greeted/checked in. Eventually after staff decided to go back to work my partner was seen, he was in severe pain had an xray and was informed he had an infection in his tooth / gum (no course of antibiotics were prescribed) however he trusted the professionals and agreed to the recommended filling procedure a week later. My partner expressed he would rather have the tooth removed the dentist was adamant that wasn't necessary. Straight away he noticed the pain hadn't subsided and if anything had increased. A month and a half after the filling was done my partner is in extreme pain and other professionals are mortified by the treatment that had been given, they've essentially trapped the infection. Completely unprofessional staff, and feels like you're going to a back street unqualified practice. If only we had trusted our gut and walked out as soon as we arrived. As for the dentist that carried out the procedure (sadly neither of us remember his name, he needs to go back to studying and have a refresher of some sort to prevent further mishaps like this happening again.

   Very professional very polite new to this practice was at ease first time was a check up but straight away checked what work need doing second time had fillings and dentures to say I feel more confident when talking or smileing is a bonus very happy with it thank you

   Brilliant practice. The staff are very kind, loyal patience understanding especially the dentist and caring nothing is to much trouble I have always been frightened of dentists but I will speak as I find . Been having treatment at this practice over 11 months with different kind of treatments Being disabled I cannot get out and about much due to my disability but it’s a pleasure to attend the practice for my treatment because I know I will be looked after and cared for which means a lot. Will never go anywhere else I recommend this practice to everyone Well done everyone and THANK YOU...
