   Service is OK, staff are courteous. Used to collect my prescriptions and I find that the text confirmation for collection are sporadic. There are also problems with ordering from manufacturers which is inconvenient - though not necessarily the pharmacy's fault. Lastly, Central pharmacy is closing end of Sept 2025

   Nic and Raj are absolutely the best, nothing is too much trouble, always give the best advice and make sure our problems are sorted. They are a credit to the pharmacy. Also both of them are amazing with my 4 year old son and make him feel comfortable, which is all I could ask for.

   The staff at this pharmacy are wonderful, nothing is ever too much for them, especially Nic and Simran. Friendly, you are more than just a patient when you walk through their door. Any problem they will try their hardest to sort I would rather go in there any day than go to my doctors they always have time for you.

   Absolutely disgusting service. They tell u your prescription is there and when u don't get it they say they made a mistake .they clearly can't read .no head office .no manager .no idea what they are doing there. Keep clear of this cowboy set up

   I went there to give test sample for RTPCR test. The staff was really good and made me comfortable. They explained the process in detail and made sure I am at ease. The only issue I had is the location on Google map is showing incorrectly due to some reason. This place is next to the 'the Elisabeth arms' pub. I came by cab and the driver was confused due to incorrect location. We searched around and finally found it.

   Central pharmacy is just a amazing there so helpful and caring very friendly easy to approach. Gets the prescriptions ready fast and there delivery service is fast and quick even in a Emergancy the lady that deals with lot is called Nicky and she is lovley lady with a heart of gold and very understanding I won’t use other pharmacy you won’t get better serivce anywhere else
