   Facilities always too busy and crowded, gym equipment is poor & staff in general are rude. Not happy so wanted to cancel my membership. Spoke to the manager Kerry on email to attempt to cancel my membership on 4th December, but she refused to help and said I have to pay again up until 31st January 2026, due to missing the notice period by a number of hours. Do not care about their customers and do nothing to help.

   Fairly new to this gym but so far i have no complaints .....staff were more then helpful to show me around the gym instructors are helpful and really nice and the girls in the classes including instructors seem great ......swimming is good there no complaints so far of staff and facilities there. Full on praise so far and theres lots of classes all day everyday which im so greatful for as alot of gyms have less fantastic place.

   My son has been having swimming lessons for over 1 year at berts and I couldnt be happier with the improvement I've seen! My son suffers with APD and additional needs but has built up an amazing friendship with his instructor Charlotte and now refuses to learn with a different teacher. I can't praise and thank Charlotte enough for the time and effort she puts in with him. Nothing is to much trouble for her & it's heart warming to see my son forge a relationship with her. Definitely a credit to the centre.

   Noticed that there has been a defamatory comment about one of the swim teachers from someone whose kid isn’t even in her class! My child is - and Charlotte is lovely, she has to keep control of the class as there are kids in there that don’t listen and want to just mess about. Well I’m paying for lessons too! And I would like my child to have a lesson, not for it to be spoilt by kids who are disruptive. I think she does an excellent job. The staff here are lovely and if you’ve got a problem you can always speak to one of the managers who are always happy to help.

   Parking is horrendous the cars parking in the minibus parking spaces are you got people parking in disabled bay without the badges people parking over the white lines when there’s enough room to park a car and a half in between them did not make it to use the facilities as no parking available due to me being disabled with a badge and I’ll disabled bays available as all used by people that were not disabled in anyway possible or had disabled badges in their windows. Displaying them spoke to the managers. They advised me that I have no control over the car park where people park it is to do with Wolverhampton city council which has physically left them to their own tools and does not monitor it at all, as they feel there was not a problem good old corrupt Wolverhampton city council.

   Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent prices and surprisingly clean for a swimming facility. Changing rooms well organised and laid out too. Pool is a really good size and gym feels more private than most gyms, not so open.

   This is not a bad place at all. Great staff, clean places to work out with variety of sports happening under one roof. The three star is more of a plea to get the gym updated. New equipment has been added however majority of the original equipment is broken or in need of repair. Cross trainers where the buttons are the other way round, broken treadmills etc. Otherwise this is a great gym where the opening times are decent (could be open till 10.)

   Great, clean place, lots of equipment and safe bike storage. Only 2 qualms - there's a piece of equipment that has been out of order since i joined, would be nice if it was fixed. Also, it's very difficult to book on certain classes. Other than that I would highly recommend. Following my review, this equipment was fixed ... thank you!!
