   Cancelled a direct debit membership through my bank and couldn't find the option to cancel on the website. I bought a 7 day pass since I was moving away in a few days but I can't use it since I'm apparently in debt for not cancelling my membership properly before the start of the month, operator on the phone said only thing I can do is continue my £27.50 student membership so I can use the gym for one extra day. Any other subscription service would automatically cancel after not receiving payment, not put you in debt on their website. Membership prices are ridiculous as it is, you're better off at any other gym.

   I called into Portway Leisure Centre to join up as I was having problems online. It was a busy Saturday morning but the 2 ladies on reception were welcoming and extremely helpful. They spent time showing me and helping me with the process. Credit to the Leisure Centre and I couldn’t thank them enough. As for the Leisure Centre & it’s facilities and staff A++++

   Anything to do with memberships is impossible- online system temperamental and if you manage to get through to head office, which is near impossible beyond leaving voice mails, don't expect any solution. However, classes are brilliant. Leisure centres are good as are the staff at them. Impressed and grateful that membership fees were frozen during lockdowns. If I could sort out my membership (3 months and counting,) book my child onto swim school and be able to book into classes properly (they are showing no spaces when there are spaces - you can call to book in but this can take 15 to 20 minutes which I can't do during a working day,) then this would easily be a 5 star.

   Love the classes here and feel motivated by instuctors. Always met by the lovely reception staff. As i wasnt comfortable coming back to the gym when restrictions were lifted the membership team have been very helpful with suspending my membership until i feel ready to come back.

   Great value for money, lovely and friendly staff in all centres. Love my One Card membership, unlimited access to classes, gym and swimming pools. I'm going to ladies only gym and it's well equipped. The only minus (therefore 4 stars only), all other leisure centres around have BODITRAX, you don't. Pity.
