    At the moment I rate as a 1 star 12.15 / 1.15 lane swim is a joke It’s for Swimming not walking not talking . You should be in the correct lane not slowing other swimmers down. The place is a joke They don’t answer their phones phones . Children’s start swimming lessons are a joke. The instructors seem to talk to kids on the nxt level class, rather than the class their teaching Go else were folks give this centre a miss I would like to talk to centre manager about the above. If they answered the phones ??????

    Been this morning to renew membership and go to aqua class , unfortunately it took the young lady over 20 minutes to do mine and then do my friends and class had started . I realise people are training but this took too long and we missed over 10 minutes of the class

    Been here a month now. Joined with the misses so we could both get in shape. Loved it at first, the gym and the swimming. Recently its been packed full of school kids even in their uniforms. It's like an after school club. You can't get on any machine to do a work out do what am I paying for. Spoke to a lady at reception they said the youngest is 14, I was shocked. Guess we will be looking for another gym!

    If you're looking for a gym to come and train. DO NOT COME HERE. Basically a youth club at this point. Been coming here for 5 years and for the past 6 months its gone downhill FAST! Unmanned, groups of children in uniforms surrounding every machine taking 1 hour on each machine, rude and simply do not consider anyone if you're lifting heavy. Good facilities but the way it is now I will be leaving and speaking to many other members I've met over the years they will follow snd go elsewhere.

    What incredible staff at this centre! We booked an aqua mayhem party for my daughter’s 13th and she had the best time ever. The booking process was friendly, easy and helpful. We had all the required info on age ranges, and they insisted that every child wears a life jacket, so non-swimmers don’t stand out from swimmers. There were 3-4 lifeguards helping the kids throughout and they were such fun, splashing the kids and encouraging them to have as much fun as possible. You can hire a party room afterwards which they had laid out beautifully with lights to match the music tempo, and Bluetooth connectivity to play your own playlists. Lots of chairs, clean tables and large changing rooms and toilets. Every member of staff that passed us asked how they could help and were just genuinely welcoming and lovely. I cannot recommend this place enough, they made a special birthday even more special. Thank you all for the fantastic service.

    Tried a Body combat class for the first time. Instructor said to go at work own pace, showed each of the stages clearly. Although I struggled I will keep going. Nice open studio, class wasn't crowded.

    Doesnt have the widest range of equipment but is a good atmosphere in the gym, some trainers are Egotistical which can make you uncomfortable sometimes. The pool timetable isnt very suitable for people after work who want to free swim and not be constricted to lanes.

    Good amenities and good opening times. Pretty cheap for my son to be a member and he's allowed at age 15, unlike some other gyms. Good induction and well-staffed.

    Really happy with our first visit here. My daughter and I came here for a swim after being let down at another venue for our usual lesson. The place is very clean and hygienic, the staff are good and for six pounds, including parking, we were impressed all round. Just be prepared for a 'general' changing area with cubicles instead of separate mens and women's rooms. 20p non-refundable charge for a locker.
