   I have to say in all honesty it’s unfair the reviews that this pharmacist has. If I’m perfectly honest his the only one in Black Country that has any brains and should be a doctor he knows his stuff. He can’t be blamed for the odd person that may answer the phone as I’ve had that but it’s not a personal thing I hold against him. This pharmacist is independent I think we should do well really to support our small businesses as they don’t have the same government funding etc. so maybe think instead of getting plasters of Amazon could we go here? It keeps them flowing therefore keeps ours meds. Let’s be kinder. I know his also the pharmacist that has many suppliers. Not like supermarkets where if they ain’t in stock they tell you go get it elsewhere. Just a thought

   Can't believe what my child has just taken out of my dogs mouth. This is highly illegal and should not have left the pharmacy. Absolutely disgusting. I have taken the name off the bottle. I have also reported this to my local pharmacy.

   Absolutely awful, rude and quite simply inadequate. There is no effective communication, the pharmacist is abrupt and has no customer service skills whats so ever. Avoid at all costs if you want to get the correct information and medication without being told one thing then when you do what they ask you are told it’s wrong only to be shouted at when you challenge it, terrible service..I will never step foot in that pharmacy again!
