    The worst chemist I've ever visited. There are always problems with prescription orders. We've had them lose prescriptions. They'll say your prescription is ready to be collected and then when you get there it's not ready and you have to come back later. All of the female staff are obnoxious. They don't know the meaning of the words please or thank you. They're all awful but the blonde girl in particular needs an attitude adjustment. If none of you enjoy your job, go somewhere else and stop inflicting your bad moods on the customer! We'll be using a different chemist in future.

    I used the pharmacy appointment service today as the GPs had gone home at 4pm. I took my 12 year old son who was in agony with his ear, the lovely pharmacist examined his ears and saw there was the beginnings of an infection. He prescribed antibiotics and pain relief, we were in and out in 10 minutes. What a fabulous service and it saved my son either waiting days for the GP or hours in A&E. I didn't catch his name but we would like to say thank you, we are really grateful !

    I have used this pharmacy for a long long time and its my nominated pharmacist for my repeat medications. Just lately I seem to be having problems with them. I cannot take one brand of medication and I have returned the meds to them about 3 times now. Just had my monthly supply of medication and heyo guess what I got? Surely there should be something on my notes by now I cannot have that brand of medication!
