   Always lying about ordering items in and deliveries. Will tell you ‘It’ll be in tomorrow’ for days on end because they don’t want to admit they’ve gave it to someone else or just simply dont want to order it. Feel sorry for the ladies that get put on the front! They get the blame but it’s the staff in the back making them go back and forth with excuses whilst they stand gossiping about people in the town.

2. Foodie! ★☆☆☆☆

   Older lady at front desk is rude and shameful! She Doesn't check to see if items are all available for previously dropped prescription dropped off days ago! She Just states to my elderly dad whose come to pick up his meds that they won't come for another 2 days. I phoned up later and the person on the phone tells me the items were indeed ready in the morning! Get some better staff! Amd teacher them customer service ! To the old lady in front, you clearly dont like your job, if you dont want to work helping customers seek something else as your behaviour is shockingly abysmal!

   Extremely rude and unprofessional service. My partner was speaking to a pharmacist trying to order (life dependent) medication and she literally turned around and walked away mid sentence, after waiting several minutes she nor anyone else ever returned. We have continuously had problems with this particular pharmacist being rude, unhelpful, and condescending. Patients will be treated as an inconvenience here.

   Constantly missing pills from prescription, constantly not ordering meds when they're due even tho prescription is sent to them the same time every month. Latest instant they didn't order my meds so they gave me 5 emergency pills to last till Saturday. Come Saturday they STILL had not ordered them. I had to go two days without meds and I have HORRIBLE withdrawal symptoms. How have these people not killed anyone yet?

   Absolutely disgusted with service i went in for perscription today with a sign clearly saying use other desk i was in on own waiting at the right desk then three other people together came in and went to desk that clearly states use other desk but been the same race she served them left me waiting had there prescriptions before me and then was asked what was i waiting for to then i replied for my medication but everyone as pushed in and got served she said she had called me i am not deaf and i am watching them get the medication ready will not be using this chemist again seem others had priority in my eyes discusting.

   Absolutely useless. Chaotic organisation and continually mixed up prescriptions and monthly some drugs are missing. Why is this business never audited? Six persons yesterday behind the counter and only only one customer - my friend waiting to retrieve missing part of prescription. But we had to shout for attention. Missing tablets replaced with difficulty having phoned ahead, and amazingly a couple of hours later more tablets were delivered by hand to my friends house. This is a classic left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing and when dealing with dangerous prescribed drugs then patients must be continually at risk by using this pharmacy.

   Full of excuses that they aint had the prescription when doctors sent it on the day 21 days with out meds I'm diabetic ended up in hospital changed to a more reliable one
