Absolutely fuming my son been with them since we moved here asked about braces for him and was told today we should of got a letter bearing in mind this was 2016 he was referred well don't think so gat complaint to the head of this place
Wow how rude and abrubt is the receptionist, i have concern regarding a lump in my miuth and there concern is arguing with me about appointments there booking and not telling me about lol
Best dentist around , Lovely staff always friendly. Have been with them a few years now & never had any problems.
The reception staff was very rude and no patience to explain.And argue with patient and pointing finger at me. I am going to cancel my membership and don’t advise any one to join.
Rediculous! Turned up for my appointment for my two kids, to the door closed! Reception told me to call the phone. I Called to be told they had sent a letter to cancel (I did not receive this) why wouldn't you call if u need to cancel & rebook?!? When the appointment has been booked MONTHS in advance. Disgusting & NO respect for people's time! Very annoyed! After waiting months to now have to wait again.
My husband was given an emergency appointment through 111 at this surgery as we can NEVER get an appointment with our own dental practice (Wolverhampton Dental surgery Bhylls Lane). The reception staff were extremely helpful and the dentist was lovely and saw my husband on time, he had an infection and antibiotics were issued. It's a situation that could have been avoided if we could actually get an appointment with our own dentist but we are extremely grateful that Blue Cross saw him the same day. Thank you x
Drove 1 hr 10 mins from my house to be told they can only see for me for 10 mins and if i wanted to pay £150 then they can see me asap crooks and just after money and ripping nhs clients off by just seeing them for 5-10 mins stay well clear Watchdog/fraud people need to investigate this dentist
I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. Alot of the dentists are unprofessional and don't seem to actually care if my teeth are taken care of or not. Seems to just be about the money. They canceled on you last minute and then tell me there was no other appointments so I'd have to wait again. They don't tell you that if you can't make a certain day and need to see another dentist that you have to start the process over so you pay to see one dentist but you then have to pay to see a different even if they cance you.
