   I had good fun here! It was so exciting!!! Was my first time bowling and the ambience was very conducive. Plus there are other games for kids, so, it's safe to say "it is kid friendly ".

   Absolutely appalling, paid for vip experience for my daughters birthday, we were crammed into a smaller booth than the people that didn't pay the extra, when I asked what was vip about it they said the booth was separated by a wall. Food and drinks took ages and we were told we could go to the bar ourselves if we wanted them quicker. The two families from hell either side of us just added to the experience with kids screaming, running across the lanes and putting their hands down the ball dispenser while parents just seemed oblivious to it while being obsessed with their mobile phones. Whoever is responsible for safety and and enforcement of some sort of rules needs retraining. When I made this clear to the staff I was told sorry and they would radio security but the evening was ruined by by then anyway. We had paid £97.40 for 2 games, the experience wasn't worth £7.40, we won't be returning.

   Yes a good standard of an arcade. It's got a good variety of games but who put them all to hard. Please note prices have gone up and prizes are poor. Not a bad afternoon or evening out.

   A massive thank you to the most friendly gentleman named Cass. We won the jackpot on a machine and didn't pay out. Cass managed to rectify the problem and even went the extra mile of making sure we were happy with the rest of the evening at Hollywood bowl. If you want friendly service with an extra mile. Please ask for Cass. This lad will go above and beyond. Thank you Cass and for looking after my family. True gent god bless you always.

   Me and my daughter had a great time playing two games of bowling followed by some time in the arcade. The process of booking the games online was really smooth and we just walked in at our allotted time where we found the staff really helpful and informative in getting our games set up. The lane was all ready to go and we had a great couple of games with my little girl beating me in both sessions! We'd definitely return and as soon as my son is a little older I'm sure we'll introduce him to bowling here too!

   Really poor experience. Asked staff member for 20p coin, in exchange for 2 10p, to get lolly, she said the machine would give it to me, it didn't. Wanted to redeem tokens, 3 out 4 'eating slots' were not working.. when ready to get sweet with tokens, they only had one flavour out of 3 displayed. The big bear did nothing and my grand daughter wasted £3 waiting for something to happen (out of £5 allowance), the manager could not be asked, safe behind his counter. How do you respond to an 8 year old on the autism spectrum who says 'but she says.. and she works here". Poorly managed and 'can't be bothered' staff. Give it a miss!!

   Had a fun time with the variety of games. Bowling was superb. Had a bit of an issue with using some machines where I’d put in coins but it wouldn’t l lol te ne access the games. Asides that, fun place.
