“My son had started NFamily in September and I was sceptical at first due to the fact he had never been left with anyone apart from one other family member. Rest assured I was reassured and knew he was in safe hands when meeting the staff in the baby room where my son is located. I am always kept up to date with anything can see what he has been doing on a daily basis and if I need to get in touch with anyone the app is very efficient. I can't sing enough praises to NFamily. I love seeing my child flourish and evolve as he is getting older and Nfamily play a huge part in this.”

“Booked a party for my daughter. I must say I was very happy. The ladies went above and beyond and especially a lady called Sam who was looking after us throughout. Even down to cutting my cake and wrapping with my personalised stickers taking the stress away from me. Thankyou. Food was lovely and all my guests to the party praised the quality of food provided in the package. Would definitely recommend if you want a stress free experience. Thanks so much for helping my girls day special, she had an amazing time.”

“Moved my son to YMCA after a bad experience with his previous nursery, best decision ever. He became more confident and happy after moving here. From management to key workers, everyone has a genuine interest in the wellbeing and development of the children. My son had such a good bond with his keyworker Ty, and all the staff went above and beyond for the kids. Nobody ever seemed to be very happy at his previous nursery, but every morning here you're greeted with a smile. Keway is an absolute delight and just radiates the most wonderful energy you can imagine & Jodie manages and runs the nursery smoothly, ensuring most issues are dealt with promptly and in the best interests of the children & parents. My son has left now to start school but big thanks to YMCA for making my sons last year of nursery an exceptional one. Forever greatful for the good care you took of my baby.”

“I can not recommend this nursery enough, my little boy went here for nearly 3 years and could not have been more looked after it was like leaving him with family. There is lots of variety with what the children do and you only have to see the staffs tears on graduation day to see how attached they become to your child. I was very upset to see my little boy leave after building such close relationships with the staff especially Nikki.”

We have been fostering for around 8 years , its tough at times but the support network has been first class, from the social workers we have been assigned right through to the management and the office staff that help with the other day to day stuff. Any concerns we have had have been addressed and dealt with professionally . The matching process is spot on and the training you get offered is delivered professionally and their in abundance . We were recommended sunflower and i can see why, i wouldnt hesistate to recommend this fostering agency to anyone and wouldnt consider changing to another company, i dont think another company would even come close to the high standards sunflower fostering have set within childrens services.”
