“From the first phone call with Andrew who catered for my requests upon this visist. I Stayed here whilst on a driving course.... The staff were lovely. Special shout out for Lindsey at Breakfast who was very warm and welcoming every morning, even at 630!. Also the young lady on the leisure centre desk who remembered me and my room number even after one visit. Too employees who just go that extra bit to make guests feel welcome. Food was lovely with a great atmosphere. Well done Village Hull....”

“We went for there after school as a treat for my little girls birthday and Karen couldnt of been nicer, she was so helpful, nothing was an hassle, she was great with the kids. “Came here today for tea. Although very busy we managed to get seated at a booth so plenty of room. Ordered food and drinks using the Greene King app and all items were available which was good as often things are unavailable. Shortly after ordering our drinks arrived and the member of staff told us there was an hour wait for food which wasn't an issue for us. After approx half an hour our food arrived and all was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful, would recommend to others. As a bonus both of our meals were £9 each today instead of £12.99 so great value.”

“Stayed here for one night 1st September for the first time. Great location for us just a minutes walk from train station too. All staff very friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel from check in to reception and breakfast staff all fantastic. Room nice and comfy bed. Had early morning breakfast able to grab cereal and toast and a coffee. Would definitely come back and stay again.”
