   Totally disappointed wi5h the food today. My husband ordered the gravy burger. It was disgusting. Where was the gravy and more insulting this tiny silver thing next to the burger was supposed to be a dip not in a million years. I ordered a strawberry milkshake. Since when does milk shake being made with ice. No taste of strawberry at all. It was watery weak and nothing like a milkshake. Pathetic really. You are fleecing people because the quality and quantity is disgusting

   Our stay in Hull was made so much better because of Karen. Karen is so helpful - from us calling ahead to find out about travel options to Craven Park, to printing us directions and finding bus times on arrival. She is on the ball, very friendly and made us feel at home, she definitely goes over and above. Rooms clean, bed and shower amazing. Quiet space and good breakfast. All the staff were just lovely, proper Northern stay.

   Food was class! Good portions and good prices. Beers good! 1 person serving on the bar wasn’t ideal as it takes a while to get served unless you use the app. Overall a good option for a family dinner. Will definitely return

   Came here today for tea. Although very busy we managed to get seated at a booth so plenty of room. Ordered food and drinks using the Greene King app and all items were available which was good as often things are unavailable. Shortly after ordering our drinks arrived and the member of staff told us there was an hour wait for food which wasn't an issue for us. After approx half an hour our food arrived and all was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful, would recommend to others. As a bonus both of our meals were £9 each today instead of £12.99 so great value.

   Very disappointed ordered a mix grill . No gammon, budget sausages, 2 pieces of dry chicken, small piece of steak cooked as requested but chewy beyond belief, pork slice with pineapple on it. Peas like bullet's sadly. Very disappointed as my grandchildren love this place sadly I'm going to have to find somewhere new.

   We went for dinner before going on the ferry, and the food is absolutely fabulous! Massive portions, I had the battered hallumi never seen so much food on 2 different plates! Then we nipped In as we got off the ferry for breakfast. Beautiful! Lovely staff too. We will be back :)

   This was the very first time we have booked to go out for a Christmas meal. We went to the Kingstown hotel in Hedon / Hungry Horse and the tables were decorated beautifully. The full restaurant looked lovely with decorations and Christmas trees. Staff were fantastic, polite and very welcoming. We each had a 3 course meal and the food was plentiful and very tasty. Would highly recommend this restaurant. This will now be a regular occasion each Christmas Day. I had the pleasure of relaxing and enjoying the day. Thanks to all at the Kingstown Hotel Hedon!

   First visit for a long time what a difference from the Last time we ate there food was delicious the mega mixed grill was too large and the 5 ounce gammon my wife had was also very tasty i would definitely recommend going everything was ordered using the app plenty of parking spaces and friendly staff. go and try it out you won't be disappointed.

   Food was lovely had Saturday special mix grill it was massive and well worth the money. Staff were very hands on all very busy, friendly and polite. Staff helped my daughter to settle by providing crayons and drawing sheets and talking to her she is only two years old and she had a lovely time, she enjoyed the children's meal I think it's a great idea that children can create their own meal and at a great price. The soft play is a real bonus it's a a great afternoon out for families.
