We had a great stay at the Innkeepers Hotel, Beverly. The room was very cosy with a great powerful shower and comfortable beds. All the staff were helpful and friendly. This is our third time staying here and it never disappoints. Thank you all.

This place is ideal. Travelling for work. Hotel is seperate from the Toby carvery but both very close to eachother. Free parking overnight with camera surveillance. Rooms were clean and surprisingly comfortable. Beds were firm but decent sheets and comfy. Plug sockets by the bedside with usb ports as well. I got a family room costing £89. Room only. Shower had good water pressure and hot. Electric radiator that heated up the room in under an hour. Rooms were secure with two key fob locked doors before access to the room. WiFi speed test showed a download speed of around 90mbps although the WiFi did require you to log in again every few hours. Tea and coffee facilities were in the room as standard. Toby carvery was a 10 second walk across the car park. Just under £13 for a king-size size option plate. This was a fantastic feed. For a very low cost. Service was fast and polite. Breakfast is just over £10 with hot food options and coffee and all the standards. No complaints. And there's a petrol station again in walking distance with an Asda shop attached I believe so any supplies you need you can get them there. This is close to the road but I didn't hear any traffic at all. All in all this was a really good stay. Especially if you're working away from home it has everything you need for a low cost and a decent comfortbal night. Would stay again and recommend.

Nice and simple hotel. Very similar to Premier Inn standard. Room decent size with a large shower. Toby Carvery on site so easy option for tea and decent breakfast in the morning. Oh can also have Yorkshire Puddings with breakfast!

This hotel had lovely rooms . The carvery was appalling and the breakfast the same. I got my food then had to ask them to reheat it . None of the carvery veg looked inviting and a replacement of the food containers would help . They looked awful and over used . Far too much breakfast food was piled into dishes next morning and newer fresher food was being piled on top of dishes with food already out . Flies and none of the food was covered . Very unappetising . I just took toast but had paid for full english till i saw it . My friend had to ask them to cook fresher eggs , they had gone like hard boiled . Wont come here again sorry but the rooms were lovely . Waste of money on the food

Efficienct check in, friendly staff and very welcoming. Room spotless, excellent service when extra milk was requested. Cleaners very friendly and a lovely stay at Innkeepers Lodge. The only downside was the lumpy pillows.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Rooms are a good size, and clean. Didn't hear any noise from the road. Definitely book for dinner as they get booked up.

Staff were brilliant. Room was clean but in need of some repair. Lighting was OK but if you dropped anything was more mood lighting. Bathroom small but adequate. Could use an additional chair to read or watch telly as option only to sit/lay in bed. Leaky kettle replaced immediately, great housekeeping staff. 5 stars to them. Only let down was no mac cheese for tea! It had been delicious at the brilliant carvery.

It was a bit confusing at first as I went direct to the hotel and couldn't get in so I rang the hotel and got through to the restaurant. They explained I needed to go to the carvery to check-in. The first room allocated did not have an opening window so I was moved to the room next door. All staff I encountered both in person and on the telephone were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and pleasant smelling. There were plenty of sachets of tea, coffee and milk and the toiletries were ample. I would suggest adding a shower cap to the bathroom toiletries. There was a fan and an iron too so everything you need. I had two good nights' sleep in a very comfortable, clean bed. However, the pillows were not that comfortable and it would be nice to have at least one feather pillow to choose. My only criticism of the room is that there was not enough light. I noticed there was a desk lamp in the first room but not in the second. I did have some paperwork to complete and had to wait until daytime to do it as the room light was not sufficient. As I need to stay in this specific area, I have tried other hotels in the vicinity but so far this has been the best. I did not need to use the restaurant during my stay but can see it is very popular and offers a great selection of meals. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay at Innkeeper's Lodge and would recommend it as a great place to stay in the area. They have a great team of staff and you are made to feel very welcome. Thank you.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was poor, no cereal or juice, kitchen could not fry eggs - hard yolks. Had to wait at least 10 mins every morning for eggs that were not cooked properly. Mushrooms were as hard as rocks.
