“I love this play centre. We often visit for play or classes, kids love it, lots of areas to play and the staff are always helpful. We recently visited for my son's 3rd birthday, we chose the early bird option and it was such good value, the kids had a great time. I would definitely recommend a party and play here.”

“Busy bees @ Rotherham are absolutely amazing! My little boy Tommy has been at busy bees since was 1 years old and he has loved every day. A big massive shout out to Sarah, Charlotte and Jodie without these ladies in his life he wouldn't be the person he is today! “I had a truly delightful experience staying at premier inn (Angel Street). Whilst staying here I thought I would have a few drinks in the bar, there was one member of staff, Samantha Marsden, she was so friendly, so helpful, made my experience so very easy for me. Every question I asked her, she had the answer too, she took the time to make sure everything was ok. I had a very pleasant time, always had a smile on her face, always doing something weather that was cleaning or taking pots to the back and bring new ones back, she was always on her toes. Very professional, punctual and just an all round kind, helpful young lady. I would definitely recommend staying here again. Thank you Samantha for making my stay so pleasant.”

“Let's remember this is a budget hotel. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and in nice condition. Rooms are good value, large, and clean. Location is good for jumping on the tram into Sheffield or for Meadowhall. Coffee not great. Would pay more for decent coffee. Food generally ok. I had some concerns about car park security before arrival but had no issues at all.”

“Without a doubt the best nursery setting I could imagine. My daughter was here for a year until we relocated. All the staff, Vicky, Millie, Chris, Emma, Alex and Katie are the most caring lovely individuals and they create the most stimulating and fun outdoor activities for the children. The setting is calm and children are able to throw themselves into nature with such confidence. They share food around the fire, make friends and have the best time.”

“From our first class we were hooked! Caroline is so welcoming and as a mum of 2 little girls... she gets parenting can be very hard at times. The classes encourage you to bond with your little one and help with development. However I enjoyed talking to other mums and swapping horror stories. They offer coffee and cake... absolutely a must after class!! The play space is so calming with wooden toys, soft play and low sofas. It welcomes anyone and everyone into a very safe space. Please do not hesitate to book a session or enjoy the play space with a little coffee and cake £7.50- bargain!!”

“My daughter started at Child Frist Welbeck when she was 5 months old. I was really nervous to leave her because of her age. However I didn't need to worry as she has settled in so well with the team in the baby room, she beams at them as I drop her off (even now at 8 months old and separation anxiety has kicked in, she still loves to see them and happy to leave me). I get daily updates on her schedule for that day and also get sent photos and lovely written pieces of her 'golden moments' often which is lovely to see when I'm not with her. I'd highly recommend Child First, especially if you have a very little one as not only is the baby space fantastic but you can clearly see how they will grow and thrive throughout all the other spaces up to pre-school!”

“My daughter attended Hydra tots and the staff were really welcoming both to her and us as parents. Days were engaging, and always different, it's clear the staff take a huge amount of time planning the days and how the kids can get the most out of their time there. The team were very attentive, adaptive and flexible and worked with us to ensure our daughter was happy. I'd highly recommend Hydra tots to any prospective parents!!!”

“Our girls (6 & 4) went to a holiday day camp for one day over the Christmas break and LOVED it. Despite the freezing temps, they camp back buzzing about all the fun they'd had. Seemed like a fab mix of craft and sports that both girls enjoyed. We'll definitely book in for some more days over the coming breaks.”

“Our son was a late talker and a pretty fussy eater when we enrolled him at St Aidans. However since spending just over a year at this nursery, the changes in him have been absolutely incredible (I now wish he could talk a bit less). His confidence, his self sufficiency and his food habits have grown at rates I didn't think were possible and we couldn't thank you enough for the contribution you've made in bringing the best out of my child. Every single one of your team that I've had the pleasure to interact with are a credit to your business and we're incredibly saddened to have to leave this place in September to go to school. Finally, the actual place is a beautiful setting for any child to take their first steps into learning. Its well thought out, aesthetically pleasing while also being practical for children and the outdoor space, complete with a growing area, water play and climbing bits is my child's favourite thing. We will continue to recommend you to everyone we come across and will sorely miss our time we've had here.”

“My Playful world is such a lovely role play centre. I have visited a number of times with my son (3 years old) and he has loved it every time. Friendly service and amazing food (and treats)!! And a special shout out to Meisha for always making us feel so welcome!”

“We had such a lovely time at PlayTown Sheffield! It’s such a well thought out space with 8 themed areas perfect for little imaginations. My two absolutely loved dressing up and exploring all the different zones from the mini supermarket to the vets and the shops. We also went during their egg hunt and it was such a fun bonus activity! The staff were friendly, the space was clean and well-organised, and I really liked that everything is reset between sessions so it feels fresh every time. The outdoor play area was a great extra touch, and having a little coffee spot for grown-ups is always appreciated! Definitely recommend for anyone with young children looking for something fun and different to do in Sheffield.”

“My little girl had her 1st Birthday party on Sunday at Rattle and Roll play space. We all had such a great time the babies, the older children and even the adults. The iced coffees went down a treat with the adults in the beautiful weather we had! It was decorated perfectly and certainly took the stress out of planning a birthday party. Even some of the older children said to me it was the best birthday party they had ever been to! We will definitely be returning for another birthday party in the future. Thank you!”

“Came during the Christmas holidays and kids had a fab time. Play area is always clean and the play frames are huge. Including a role play area so plenty for different ages to keep entertained. There is even an option for 4+ to play laser tag! Plenty of choice for food including breakfast. Looking forward to hosting our eldest 5th birthday here in a couple weeks.”

“From the moment we visited Luan’s, we felt welcome and my little boy felt instantly safe. He loves attending nursery and the staff have always been so accommodating to his extra needs; truly treating our little one like one of their own. He is always happy to go and sad to leave. As parents, we have found our experience with Luan’s nothing but positive, so much so, our little boy will continue attending the setting instead of moving on to a school nursery.”

“Wonderful day out,an incredible place stunning walks through woodland, along the meandering river, beautiful water rills, lots of things going on for youngsters, bike hire available from trundle bikes to adults. The historical grand house sadly is no longer standing but the history is mind blowing. The walled garden and greenhouse is fantastic and you can actually buy some of the produce at the entrance to the walled garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our day.”

“This was a long awaited visit. Booking is restricted, but on the day we had freedom to explore the house for as long as we wished. This is an amazing time capsule, I recommend it to anyone interested in social history. The greenhouse was a particular treat.”

“My little boy had attended Mini Mes Nursery from being 8 month old, he has always enjoyed coming and now attends the holiday club. The ladies are fantastic and have always treat him like their own, spacious outdoor areas and the babies have their own outdoor space. They do a range of messy activities in each room and have a home cooked meal daily … I will definitely recommend Mini Mes to friends and family.”

“Our two daughters have attended Paper Moon Day Nursery since the age of 2. Every team member stands out and the care my children have received is just exceptional. Our daughters’ developments have excelled in every possible way. The children thrive in such a loving warm environment where they know they can safely express themselves. They are given tools to be able to explain thoughts and feelings. The nursery uses positive reinforcement strategies such as ‘George pigs promises’ I absolutely love the structure of the nursery. The nursery has had such a positive impact on my children but also myself as a parent. At the end of each day we are given a detailed handover about what our children have eaten and done throughout the day. It is clear to see that all the staff love the work they do and genuinely have the best interests of the children at heart. We will soon be moving a fair distance from paper moon day nursery however, we will be going out of our way to keep our daughter at Paper Moon Day Nursery purely on the basis that I would be concerned with no other setting would be able to compare to the high standard of care and the safe environment the staff at paper moon provide. Thank you to the whole team at Paper Moon. Saima and the team are such a credit!”

“Enjoyed the live music but you need your thermals on as the centre court yard is outdoors and I found it a bit chilly. Home made pizzas available from their pizza ovens. I didn't try but they looked delicious. Nice bar but on the pricy side. Lovely feel to the place with lighting and fairy lights. Parking isn't easy but there is some availability on side roads. I'd definitely recommend a visit.”
