How could anyone criticise a double room for £46 a night? Staff so helpful, happy to give us an early check in and store our luggage on check out day. I left something in the room which has been found and will be sent in post Big thanks to all at this hotel from two very happy customers.

We had a twin room that we had to pay £5 extra for!!? Having said that, the room was nice. The USB points next to the bed were broken so a good job we'd took plug adaptors. A great location for the theatre and the evening meal and breakfast wax very nice. Clean and a comfortable bed.

I had a truly delightful experience staying at premier inn (Angel Street). Whilst staying here I thought I would have a few drinks in the bar, there was one member of staff, Samantha Marsden, she was so friendly, so helpful, made my experience so very easy for me. Every question I asked her, she had the answer too, she took the time to make sure everything was ok. I had a very pleasant time, always had a smile on her face, always doing something weather that was cleaning or taking pots to the back and bring new ones back, she was always on her toes. Very professional, punctual and just an all round kind, helpful young lady. I would definitely recommend staying here again. Thank you Samantha for making my stay so pleasant.

Staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant evening meals are decent, absolutely does the job! The room was clean and a good size, we paid for an ultimate one. The pillows were a bit flat but not bad enough to traipse back down five floors to see if they had any other ones. The breakfasts are frankly poor and not worth the money. They advertise vegan sausages and bacon on the menu but when you arrive at the buffet, only meat options are out. After some time I found a staff member to ask and it turns out you have to ask them to cook it specially. This takes some time, meaning unless you ask as soon as you're let in by the host or find a staff member quickly, the rest of your breakfast is cold by the time it turns up. The sausages are good but the bacon is absolutely dire. It was frankly embarrassing to have to order this separately. I challenged the lovely hostess as to why it's not out on the hot plate and apparently it just goes to waste... So apparently making people who don't eat meat feel singled out is better I guess. At least have a sign out to tell people they have to specially order certain things? The selection was generally dire, the juices were often empty. I saw a small child poking holes in the croissants, his parents left them there, which was a bit gross. Would stay here again but won't bother paying for the overpriced crap breakfast.

Self check in works great! The staff was very helpful every time we need them. The room as huge and very clean! Great bed and great towels, definitely recommend it. Breakfast was also very good with great options ☺️ The location is good, right by the tram but there were some drug users around at night. Didn’t do anything to us, but it was a little scary. But the hotel is perfect! Nothing to complaint about!

It’s about a 10 minute walk from the centre. Room had crumbs on the floor, switch had fallen off the light. Couldn’t find anyone to tell. There was also dirt on the wall. At night the heating was on and it was unbearably hot, couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was nice enough. Wouldn’t go back as didn’t really like the area it was in, but that’s just a personal choice. Can’t really rate the service properly as there are hardly any staff to provide any.

Over all, friendly staff and really nice and welcoming. This one was cleaner and more modern room furnishings. Could use on site gym perhaps for business guests? It seems like all Hotels in this group are understaffed and have the receptionist doing meal service and check in and cleaning etc. Just feels like they want to maximise profits at the expense of people.

Always better than travelodge for a nice room, good sleep and quality location. Parking is £11 at the nearby NCP if you validate your ticket at the front desk machine. Small improvement would be a smaller portion of cooked breakfast (wasn’t a buffet), as 2 of everything meant we wasted a bit of food which wouldn’t have happened at a buffet.

Stayed one night whilst attending a conference. Very happy with the hotel. Room was really clean. No problems with noise so pleased with that, given the city centre location. Didn't need parking so can't comment on that. Breakfast was good. All staff I met were helpful and cheerful. Would be happy to stay there again.

Stayed in one of the Premier Plus rooms as it wasn't much more than a standard room and it was nicely equipped with a coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom featured a rainfall style shower. The location could be a bit better, it's not awful, but there is a fair walk to get back to the center.
